Question regarding File Size Limit

Hey, i wanna ask something that might sound simple, but i really don't have a clue of it. Battle.net have a file size limit of 8mb for multiplayer right? How about other platforms, especially Garena? Can they support a higher file size limit?

Can't,i using garena as now (Playing dota )
Garena cannot support higher than 8 limit file size.

Let's say it like this: No matter how you gonna do this, but if you choose to play with more players (no computer ones included) map file size is always limited to 8mb. Whenever you choose to play by your own in single player, you are no longer limited to that map file size.
