How do I get started with a WC3 hosting bot?

I have extra CD keys for both Rain of Chaos and the Frozen Throne. I also have access to servers/cloud machines (AWS, etc.) which can run forever.

Where do I get started in programming a WC3 hosting bot? What is the software being used on Makemehost.com?
