How did this get accepted in 2004?

because its been 7 god damn years and standards have changed, back when resources were scarce people weren't really concerned about file size cause you'd only have like 3 imports in your map anyway.

also, at this point they're kept as sort of antiques. Looking back at resources people put up long, long gone is always a little chilling.
