Okay, since I have much time, I'll split my comments here.
As usual, I test a few heroes :

Razil, Qerhas Ogre Experiment
*His 1st skill, I wonder why there are slow effects on it. It makes the skill kinda overpowered, since the dps is big.Or maybe you should change the damage effects to like 'Shadow Strike'. 2nd skill, nice idea, no mistake. His 3rd skill, everyone know it is non-custom. But I've no suggestion about it. Maybe change the effects to like 'Stim Pack' (Do you know that?). Then the 4th skill. Well, I think it is 'not non-custom, and not custom'. But well, it is ok. But you should decrease the bonus movement speed. I rate this hero

Cho'Nammoth, Necromancer
*1st skill, it is ok, but I think it's need graphic effect, like 'Vampiric Aura' graphic effect. 2nd skill, ok too, but maybe you should change the description. Change 'small' to 'weak', 'big' to 'strong', or whatever you want. And, I suggest you make the 'Death Coil' ability to auto-cast, to heroes, 'cause player will having hard time to click the 'Death Coil' ability then click enemies. 3rd skill, have suggestion for it :
#Cripple -> Undead Bolt
Shoots a bolt, when it hits hero, deals damage, reduce movement speed, blablabla and teleports the undead minions (the raised skeletons) to the target hero.
The 4th skill, too overpowered. Maybe you should decrease hitpoints/damage/etc, or maybe you should make the skill to 'channeling', and need sacrifice to summon it. Also, you can add some effects when it is successfully summoned(That's a suggestion). Oh and I found bug. The description on 'Death Pact' says '+25 damage boosts for each kills'. But it gives bonus damage suddenly after he uses 'Death Pact', and not gives bonus damage again when he kills creep.

Hylian, Banished Orc
*1st skill, same with 'Bloodlust'. Suggestion :
#Improved Speed -> Bloodlust
Increased AS and MS, and every time he attacks, gives bonus blablabla.
2nd skill, oh, uhm, well. Suggestion :
#Evasion -> Swift
% chance to evade attack, the chance based on his agility.
3rd skill. Suggestion :
#Shockwave -> Hysteria(Lol... only suggestion...

)/Wave of Fury/Fury Wave
Deals damage based on STR or damage, knockbacks enemies, or even slow MS or AS
4th skill, well, it's ok. Suggestion :
#Whirlwind -> Chaos Slash
Makes him invulnerable (also can't be controlled, and stopped), and strike (Blink Strike) random enemies each xx sec, damage based on xx, on xx AoE.

And about my favorite word, "can you add blablabla modes that can blablabla", oho, I see, just click -repick. How stupid I am!

About the free-level-up-on-singleplayer thingies, now I discover how to make heroes level-up on single player. Fad I try -levelup, -lvlup, etc, then I discover it. And, I don't see there is a clue/notification about that.
