About the Map
About the Map
The map is, as said, an AoS map. That means every player will control one hero and make this hero more powerful while the game is running. You will kill enemies to increase your heros level. Gain new abilities and make your current abilities stronger and better. You'll buy items for your hero to increase the power of the hero. All players are divided into two teams, The Corrupted and The Outcasts, each team will contain five players. In order for a team to win, the team will have to destroy the enemie teams main building, but it will take some battle to get to it. The main building is protected by strong guard towers and enemie units are almost always defending it.

This is much of the basic things I think everyone knows.
The Story behind Heroes of War


Heroes of War - Story

It has now been 179 years since Arthas was defeated by the great nations combined, but the world was not yet in peace, the war still raged on causing endless misery and chaos.
With the Lich King defeated, the nations once again began to fight each other. Years past and the wars only got worse, as a result the nations summoned massive gods of destruction, trying to get an edge in the war; but only more chaos was born with those summoned gods.

There were a total of eight gods summoned, fighting each other, tearing the world into bits and pieces. However, after a while the gods got tired of the endlessly raging war and the destruction it caused; so they turned against their own masters and broke free from their command.

With the world almost destroyed, the gods defeated their former masters and the remaining nations were ought to restore the badly damaged world.
Only two nations (The Corrupted, The Outcasts) survived the rage of the gods and yet again started to reestablished new cities and armies. Even with the world torn apart, the nations could not forget their past wars and the dispute continued deep inside an old. Now fighting for their very survival or until they fall into the Gods rage.

The Corrupted is an army of terrifying creatures living deep inside forgotten forests and swamps. They grew stronger and stronger while the world was trying to defeat the Lich King. When the world turned into absolute chaos after Arthas death they saw their opportunity to seize power and ran over all enemies they came across with their army of corruption. They are also the ones responsible for the summoning of the God of Immortality, that later pushed them back, forcing them to flee to the very deepths they came from.

The Outcasts is an army of Bloodelfs and demons, they are very self-centered, driven by the will of getting stronger by enhanced magical powers and massive constructions. They didn’t really care about the war but they knew they were going to be affected by it sometime and made a decision to enter the war, testing their magical powers and combat skills on enemies. They are the ones responsible for summoning the God of Vortex that like the other Gods also pushed their masters back to where they came from destroying them utterly with overwhelming power.
New heroes will rise, new kins will be discovered, deadly creatures to be faced and old kings will be on the top of determination in the epic battle to survive in the new god controlled world.

Features

Now about the features of this map. I'll make a list of all the features:

* Current Features

The map will, probably, at its release, contain atleast 54 unique heroes. Each hero will have atleast one triggered spell, ofcourse there are heroes with more triggered spells. All heroes will hopefully be as much balanced as possible.

Each hero will have four (4) abilities and one (1) Attribute Bonus ability.
Three (3) of those abilities are basic abilities with a maximum upgradeable level of five (5).
One (1) of those abilities is the Ultimate ability with a maximum upgradeable level of three (3).



At the beginning of the game, the host will currently be able to select one of five game modes:
Allpick (-AP), Allrandom (-AR), Randompick (-RP), Random Tavern (-RT), The Chosen Heroes (-CH)


When the host selects this Game Mode, all players will be able to choose any hero they want to play with.

When the host selects this Game Mode, all players will get one random hero each, they will not be able to select any hero

themselves.

Repick Enabled: True



When the host selects this Game Mode, all players will get a list of three heroes. The three heroes at the list are randomized. In

order to select a hero the player will have to type either -Pick 1, -Pick 2, -Pick 3 in the game-chat.

Repick Enabled: False



When the host selects this Game Mode, all taverns except one tavern will be deleted from the map. This order players to just

select heroes from one random tavern instead of all five. Otherwise this Game Mode is like the Allpick Game Mode.

Repick Enabled: False



When the host selects this Game Mode, all players will pick a hero in turn. Player one (1) begin picking a hero, then it's player

sixs (6) turn to select a hero and then player two (2), and it will continue until everyone got a hero.

The special thing about this Game Mode is that each player will have four heroes randomized for themselves at the beginning

of the game. Noone will know which hero that will be able for a player.

This is how it looks when the host shall select a Game Mode for the game:

The map will contain two duel areas, every x second, one random player from each team will be picked and will have to

kill its opponent. Both dueling heroes will start with full HP & MP and with no cooldowns.
The winner of the duel will be teleported back to its previous location and the defeated player will have to wait for a respawn.
The winner will also earn 200 extra gold, while the winners team will earn 100 gold.

(The battlefield will be paused until the duel or the duel-timer ends)



Every x second, units will be created both for The Corrupted and The Outcasts at all lanes (varies with the

game mode). The units will not be the same all the time, it varies between two wave groups.
As an extra feature: Every x second a stronger unit will be created to aid the team in battle.

Every team will have towers, defending the main base from enemie attacks. Players are able to aid those towers with three

special abilities in a special building called: Forbidden Secrets. Those three abilities are:

Outside the battlefield you can find two mini-bosses with a special loot, that you only can get from those mini-bosses.
The first mini-boss is:

A Water Elemental with a lot of HP and very strong frost attack. Sometimes it may succeed to stun you.
It's recommended to kill this mini-boss togheter.

A very powerful creature. Its HP is a lot more than a hero ever could achieve and its attacks are very powerful. Its abilities is

unknown...
You should kill this mini-boss togheter, everyone...



I've created a simple multiboard, that will show every player:

* Current Game-Time (Top-Left)
* Time until the next duel (Top-Right)
* Players are sorted into two categories (team based)
* Respawn timer (if the players hero is dead)
* Hero icon
* Players name & the player heros name
* Player heros current level
* Kills/Deaths
* Total Kills/Deaths of the team (Patch 1.3.0a)

You are able to upgrade your teams units. You can increase their attack damage or armor for the cost of 500 gold.

This upgrade can be bought at the Forbidden Secrets building.

(Every 8th minute the units attack damage will be increased for free)



The terrain is made by me, it may not be the best, but I like it and I think it's well made. Improvements may come.

A quest system will be created, allow players to do some on-topic quests to earn some rewards while playing.

This is a kinda unique idea for a map like this I think. We thought, why do maps like this always have to be about killing

eachother?
That's why we're going to add this game mode:


SURVIVAL GAME MODE (Damn the Gods (DtG))

The survival game mode is a survival contest between the teams. It's about that every team will have to defend its own main

building from waves of attacks. It will be five waves every round before a boss will appear with powerful abilities, doing

everything to destroy the main buildings.

This is what we've planned at the moment. We've allready written about all the bosses, stats, abilites and such. The only thing

that's left is creating them.

[Defiled Tempest] (Releases a polluted wind which poisons enemy units it comes in contact with. Poisoned units take initial damage and damage over time for 2 seconds.)

[Deceased Grounds] (Transform an area into a field of plague and deceases, dealing intense damage and slowing all enemies' movement speed by 25%.)

[Rotting Flesh] (Leusus releases a deadly air that rots and corrupts everything from the inside out. Decrease the armor and magical resistance of all affected enemy unit. Last for 6 seconds.)

[Seal of Agony] (With Nightmare's deep knowledge, he places an ancient seal that enfeebles his unfortunate victim, but it will cost him part of his own life. The seal silences the target and reduces its movement speed for a brief moment.)

[Vengeance Unleash] (Nightmare withstands all the pain and sufferings he receives for a short duration. After the said duration, he unleashes all of the pain he received by summoning an impeccable force around him that cripples all nearby enemy units.)

Untamed Thirst REMAKE for "Cursed Blood"

Enemore thirsts for the death of her enemies. Every time a nearby enemy unit dies, her attack damage increase. Cap of 60 damage. Last for 5 seconds.

Level 1 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 2 (*10 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 2 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 3 (*15 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 3 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 4 (*20 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 4 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 5 (*25 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 5 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 6 (*30 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.

In Depth Explanation
• Duration refreshes each time a nearby enemy unit dies.
• Finding AoE is 650


Reason/s for changing
• Like what I told you before. She ain't a tank-ish or a High HP Hero. She is fragile, therefore needs to get the job done right away, if you know what I mean. She won't be staying for a long time to unlock the full potential of the skill.
• What I'm trying to say is, she is fragile & an AGI-DPS Hero, and giving a skill that will activate only after the Hero has reached a certain amount of HP is pretty much bad on her side.
• For a tank, that concept/mechanic is fine, but for someone like her... no.

Marksmanship REWORK

Being a skilled archer, her accuracy is phenomenal. Every continuous shot from her arrows slowly shatters the defenses of her mark. Stacks indefinitely. Last for 2.5 seconds.

Level 1 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.1
Level 2 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.2
Level 3 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.3
Level 4 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.4
Level 5 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.5

In Depth Explanation
• Duration refreshes for each successful hit done

Shadow of Despair

Thing to be done...
• Change its icon
• Rebalance its CD and Mana Cost.
• Give a Casting Time (Maybe 1 seconds is fine) to either the time she is about to create her shadow OR the time she teleports from one place to another.
• Make the shadow only last for 30 OR 40 seconds


Regarding the CD increase and the small Skill Mechanics change. Reason behind that is...
• The Skill is Global
• The Skill is a form of disable
• The Skill let's you INSTANTLY teleport to one place to another
• The Shadow last indefinitely, meaning you could just make one then wait for its CD to finish then go out in the open. There's simply NO THRILL and it makes her broken. Giving the shadow a small duration to last gives you the thrill of making a strategy and the thrill of making it work within the given time.


Cooldown: 120/110/100 sec
Mana Cost: 125/200/275

You see, it has a maximum text capacity and I already have reached my limit.
That's why I decided to separate them, to have space for more ideas.

Hi there again! I have already test your new updated map, HoW BETA v3.1.0a.
Then I re-try few heroes, and I want to tell you something that maybe useful for your next version map :
-Unparso, the Zombie Master. Everything is good. But there is something I want to suggest. His 2nd skill, Raise the Dead. Lower the cooldown, make it to cap of 1/1/1/1/2 unit/s, and make it instant-activate to explode. It is hard to click the Infected Worm, since it is small and fast, and low hitpoints. Then, I think his name is funny. And, odd I think, his subpoena (or whatever it says), the Zombie Master. Change it to Plaguebearer or something.
-Mervixines, the Forsaken. Everything is good, except his ultimate skill. The description says "drain". But I don't see my health (Mervixines)(My health is 360/780) is recovered. Is it bugged, or the description is false?

Hi there again! I have already test your new updated map, HoW BETA v3.1.0a.
Then I re-try few heroes, and I want to tell you something that maybe useful for your next version map :
-Unparso, the Zombie Master. Everything is good. But there is something I want to suggest. His 2nd skill, Raise the Dead. Lower the cooldown, make it to cap of 1/1/1/1/2 unit/s, and make it instant-activate to explode. It is hard to click the Infected Worm, since it is small and fast, and low hitpoints. Then, I think his name is funny. And, odd I think, his subpoena (or whatever it says), the Zombie Master. Change it to Plaguebearer or something.
-Mervixines, the Forsaken. Everything is good, except his ultimate skill. The description says "drain". But I don't see my health (Mervixines)(My health is 360/780) is recovered. Is it bugged, or the description is false?
The the gameplay (or whatever it says) :

Hi guys, have not been working so much on the map lately cuz of the release of Cataclysm but i have send the map to The_Flood and he should get some work done today :)

I like the remakes but i will not do anything to them yet cuz i want to get this map out of the Beta stage soon

Yes. I've begun making small changes and I've started to do ability remakes.

random.guy27, we won't add your murlocs' abilities to our murloc, BUT, we'll use them for Naga Emperor. They're the same theme and fits them both well. :)


Edit: Patch 3.2.0a has been updated a lot today. Different ability remakes and other important things. We've changed the hero description texts and added the total cost of items. There's also a new hero under development (done)!

I'm already test a few heroes :
-Mervixines, the Forsaken. <-- All is fixed.
-Aetas, the Eternal King. His first skill, I think it's bugged. When I blink to nearby enemy creeps, they are all not paused. Then his second skill, I think it's bugged too. I hit creeps many times but the effect won't come out.
-Gazkri, the Living Dead. His first skill is too weak. Increase the % bonus damage a few more, or, increase the duration and the cooldown and increase the % bonus damage to a large degree, since the cooldown and duration is hasty, it's just spend many mana. Then his 2nd skill, it is bugged. When I try to use it, he (Gazkri) just stopped. And if it's fixed, I think it is too weak (again). Increase the mana drained and decrease it's duration, since it's just wasting time.
-Epicphail, the Thing. His 1st skill, the bonus damage is too SUPER on the last level. Then the 3rd skill, why don't you make the enemies on his way to knockbacked and stunned when the "thing" is running towards the target point? :)
Thing you haven't done (my opinion) :
-Add mode where single player's players can choose all heroes to test it
-Add the shop's name on the item (ingredient to buy recipe items)
And, last, can you fixed the fuck*ng Siege Machine/others to not to automatically attack heroes? As I come near it, the Siege Machine is attack me. Why don't you change it's attack to automatically attack towers? Since it's attack is siege-type.

Hi there :), wierd that you find bugges on the eternal king cuz we have played pretty much with him without finding any :S but we will look at him and see what we find.
We could improve Gazkri abit in those abilitys and also nerf The Things last lvl.
And we will fix those autoattack on mobs ^^

thanks for nice feedback! I can't tell why they're bugged those spells. Like drunken_rider said, those has been tested a 100 of times... But I'll have a look!

All also have to rebuild the map core sometime in the future (cause spells and abilities and systems more efficient), but I'll do that when I've got time.

Anyway, I'd like you to test the new hero, Death Bringer, and tell me how he is (he was just a brainstorming hero from me). :) thanks for feedback as always!

I see you make a creative hero dude. But still, there is a deficiency. And I think it's odd if you name the skills like it. And the 4th skill, I think you already run out of ideas to customize the effect.
Here is my suggestion (I appreciate if you don't like my suggestion, since I'm only 12 years old, and I'm not a mapmaker [maybe when I'm 17+]):
-Death Bringer -> Blood Tamer
-Poison Death -> Toxic Conversion
[Graphic effect]Disease Cloud -> Release 8 poison balls (Venomancer's attack), launched towards cardinal direction
[Skill's description]Nothing wrong/odd

I'm happy that you reworked Enemore's Marksmaship but I'm afraid that's not what I intended.

What I intended is this...

Marksmanship REWORK

Being a skilled archer, her accuracy is phenomenal. Every continuous shot from her arrows slowly shatters the defenses of her mark. Stacks indefinitely. Last for 2.5 seconds.

Level 1 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.1
Level 2 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.2
Level 3 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.3
Level 4 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.4
Level 5 - Every successful hit she does reduces the target's armor by 0.5

In Depth Explanation
• Duration refreshes for each successful hit done

A 100% chance to slowly reduce her target's armor.

But what you did is a 33% chance to reduce her target's armor, not slowly.
How could the stacking effect be maximized if it's like that?
And that change made her reliable -armor passive to an underpowered not-so-reliable -armor Passive.
I'm sorry but this just won't work.

And for Cursed Blood, I already explained the reason here.

Enemore thirsts for the death of her enemies. Every time a nearby enemy unit dies, her attack damage increase. Cap of 60 damage. Last for 5 seconds.

Level 1 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 2 (*10 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 2 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 3 (*15 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 3 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 4 (*20 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 4 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 5 (*25 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.
Level 5 - Increase Enemore's attack damage by 6 (*30 if its a Hero) every time a nearby enemy unit dies.

In Depth Explanation

Reason/s for changing
• Like what I told you before. She ain't a tank-ish or a High HP Hero. She is fragile, therefore needs to get the job done right away, if you know what I mean. She won't be staying for a long time to unlock the full potential of the skill.
• What I'm trying to say is, she is fragile & an AGI-DPS Hero, and giving a skill that will activate only after the Hero has reached a certain amount of HP is pretty much bad on her side.
• For a tank, that concept/mechanic is fine, but for someone like her... no.

Now for the 4 potions for HP and Mana, I've made some adjustments.

I will take a look at these potions.
Cursed Blood is more a survival skill against melee heroes mostly. Since she already have so many offensive abilitys.

I'd like to make it the way you wanted it, because it's more simpler than the way I made it now. There is one problem however. I couldn't find any ability or effect that is able to decrease the armor with a comma, only integers. If you have one ability you know would work, please tell me and I'll fix it right away! Hope this answer was enought for you, because all abilities you tell us (me) to do, may not be that easy to do :)

The potions seems to be fine in my eyes, but Drunken_Rider will have the decision if we'll let them in. Thanks for feedback! :)

For the mini-camps and rebalancing, I could contribute.

Regarding mini-camps, for me to suggest the proper creeps in the mini-camps, I first need to know if the Tileset will still be Ashenvale? This is because you stated that you'll have a complete Terrain remake.

I hope you have seen my recent suggested remakes and new Hero above.
 
What it is planned, it will still be Ashenvale, but I've also got my thoughts of Felwood. I'll tell you when it's 100% sure. You're free to come with any suggestions about the mini-camps. What I know, we'll add one extra unit that will spawn from it (while the mini-camp is still alive).

Yes, we've seen your hero suggestions and will take a deeper look soon! :)

The development of the new patch is moving forward! A small amount of different updates has been made to the map and the terrain is almost done (it's now fully playable). Also, the mini-camps is under development. Hopefully, they'll went out as good as we've expected! :)

Hi. Long time.

Since 3.3.0a is almost here, I hope to give some quick suggestions for the Special Creeps.

The Troll and the Angel are 2 different special creeps and are on opposite factions.

But if you look closely, more will want to be in the Corrupted than the Outcast because everyone will pick the Troll over the Angel.

Let's see why...
• The Troll is a PURE fighter. One self-buff skill that increase his AS by a big amount (+50% AS) and to mention that nice +AS Aura that helps allies while...
• The Angel doesn't focus on just defense, a Hybrid. A truly situational Healing Wave and a not-so-reliable Critical Strike, which should be on him at first.

Looking at those, Corrupted > Outcast.
"Why are you stating these things? The won't affect the game that much anyway..."
That's where your wrong. Try to analyze and you'll see what I mean.

How do we balance this? Simple. Give 2 special creeps on both side, both Offensive and Defensive.
Don't get me wrong. They won't spawn at the same time. They will have turns.
Let's say, a special creep will spawn every 5th creep wave. Once the 5th creep wave comes, one special creep will spawn on both factions, either the Offensive one or the Defensive one, not both.

Rejected Angel has been improved so more ppl wants to be in the Outcast.

The two new units will make up for that, this time the corrupteds unit will not give an aura while the outcasts unit will. imo maybe even better than the AS aura, spoiler alert! mana aura :O

Heroes
Desert Scorpion
> The cooldown of Nova of Poison and Toxic has been changed to 6 seconds from 10 seconds and its damage per second

duration has been changed to 10 seconds from 14 seconds.

Lightning Elemental
> Fixed an issue with Power of Lightning.
> Changed the damage of Power of Lightning to 35/50/65/80/95 damage from 30/60/90/120/150.

An Intelligent Dwarf
> The % chance to stun an enemy unit while It's Hammer Time! is active has been changed to 65% from 80% chance.

Mana Eater
> Changed the Area of Effect of Mana Explosion to 275 from 175.
> The Mana Explosion no longer deal damage per second. It's now an instant damage spell.

Cursed Demon
> Rain of Fire has been replaced by Eruption.

> The movementspeed bonus from Blood Aura has been changed from 10/14/18/22/26% to 8/10/12/14/16%.
> The attackspeed bonus from Blood Aura has been changed from 4/8/12/16/20% to 16/19/22/25/28%.
> The amount of hitpoints required to get the lifesteal effect has been changed from 32% to 30%.

> The amount of Strength taken with Cursed Darkness has been changed from 8/10/14 Strength from 8/12/16 Strength.

Elemental Master (Ancient Druid)
> Renamed Elemental Master to Ancient Druid.
> Replaced Spirit of Mother Earth with Entangle.
> Replaced Crushing Wave with Essence Discharge.

Lord of Frost
> Replaced Frost Nova with Soul Freeze.

Death Bringer
> Renamed Poison Death to Toxic Conversion.
> Renamed Cold Death to Frost Conversion.
> Renamed Black Death to Calamity Conversion.
> Changed the duration of Frost Conversion from 4 seconds to 6 seconds.
> Changed the duration of Drowning Death from 3 seconds to 6 seconds, but reduced the armor reduction from 3/4/5/6/8 to 2/3/4/5/6.
> The cooldown of Calamity Conversion has been changed from 15 to 20 seconds.

Assassin
> The Fade/Recloaking time of Assassin's Mark has been changed from 3.5/3/2.5/2/1.5 seconds to 1.5 seconds.

> The initial slow of Shadow Bane has been changed from 15% to 22%.
> Fixed an issue with Shadow Bane.

> The attackspeed gained from Phantom Strike changed from 75% to 85%.
> The duration of Phantom Strike changed from 3 to 3.5 seconds.

> The amount of hits required for Nightmare Edge reduced from 5 to 4 hits.
> The debuff duration of Nightmare Edge increased from 3 to 3.5 seconds.
> The bonus damage from Nightmare Edge changed from 50/75/100 to 65/75/85 damage.

Murloc of the Damned
> The movementspeed bonus from Walk of the Damned has been increased to 16% from 12%.
> Ancient Wave will now slow enemy units being hit by 18%.

Emerald Dragon
> Changed some animation data.
> Wave of Fire no longer create a path of fire to do damage per second. The damage is now instant and has been changed from 60/115/170/225/280 to 75/120/175/225/300 damage.

Pandaren
> The miss chance with Drunken Fury has been changed from 20% to 12%.
> The chance to daze a target with Drunken Fury has been changed from 15% to 25%.
> Fixed an issue with Drunken Fury.

> The damage of Pandaren Rush has been changed to 75/120/160/200/250 from 60/90/125/170/200.

Banished Orc
> Changed the damage of Whirlwind from 130/220/310 to 130/210/290 damage.

Demon Lord
> The amount of reduced damage gained from Howl of Terror has been changed from 16/20/24/28/32% to 20/26/32/38/44%.

Nerubian
> Base defense has been changed to 1 from 0.

> Fixed a description issue with the Parasite ability.
> The cooldown of Parasite has been changed from 8 to 10 seconds.
> The manacost of Parasite has been changed from 50/75/100/125/150 to 90/90/95/100/110.
> The amount of parasites spawned from Parasite has been changed to 2/3/3/4/4 from 1/2/3/4/5.
> The lifetime of the parasites from Parasite has been changed from 60 to 45 seconds.
> The parasites spawned from Parasite now has 160 hitpoints instead of 175, but its life regeneration has been changed from 0.25 to 1hp/sec.

> The cooldown of Web has been changed from 18 to 19 seconds.

> Changed Pains tinting color.
> The manacost of Rinnegean has been changed from 50 to 75.

> The cooldown of Shinra Tensie has been changed from 24 to 22 seconds.
> The manacost of Shinra Tensie has been changed from 120/160/200/240/280 to 100/135/175/200/245.
> The damage of Shinra Tensie has been changed from 100/200/300/400/500 to 120/170/220/270/320.

> Battle Staff has been renamed to Wand of Greater Power.
> Wand of Greater Power has been renamed to Battle Staff.

> Changed the cost of Ring of Honor from 200 gold to 135 gold.
> Shield of Survival now blocks 35 damage instead of 30.

> The cost of Shield of Greater Defense has been changed to 275 from 350 gold.




Bugs & Gameplay
> A completely remake of the terrain!
> The Mini-Camps has been added!

> Now it's only one different duel area, not two.

> The amount of health healed with Healing Wave (Rejected Angel) has been changed to 155hp for each target, but now has a limit of 4 targets.
> The damage multiplier of the Rejected Angels critical strike has been changed to 2.5.

> The timer that will set Noxtrus' or Vimx' hitpoints to 100% when not attacked has been changed from 15 seconds to 20 seconds.
> Fixed some issued with the system mentioned above (Vimx and Noxtru: 100%).

> Changed The Smith (Shop) model size.

Why do people complain the map. I mean DotA? All aos is dota. Aos is aos. And this looks bit liek HoN style. Who cares if its an dota style or what ever? So now its forbidden to make aos guys. Alla aos ban! LOL? IS that what people say? For me do what ever you like. I think if you make a car then name it BMW. Its not so good. But if you make an Car name it im a red horse? Then its nor forbidden. So do aos name it what ever dont just try make DotA? And exactually the same? So whats the problem for me? I dont care do waht you want. I will try this later looks cool :D

Hi, im trying to make this AoS as special as i can from the others but ofc the basics are the same but fun to hear that you want to try the map :), i hope you can give me some good feedback :)

Okay, since I have much time, I'll split my comments here.
As usual, I test a few heroes :
-Razil, Qerhas Ogre Experiment
*His 1st skill, I wonder why there are slow effects on it. It makes the skill kinda overpowered, since the dps is big.Or maybe you should change the damage effects to like 'Shadow Strike'. 2nd skill, nice idea, no mistake. His 3rd skill, everyone know it is non-custom. But I've no suggestion about it. Maybe change the effects to like 'Stim Pack' (Do you know that?). Then the 4th skill. Well, I think it is 'not non-custom, and not custom'. But well, it is ok. But you should decrease the bonus movement speed. I rate this hero3/5
-Cho'Nammoth, Necromancer
*1st skill, it is ok, but I think it's need graphic effect, like 'Vampiric Aura' graphic effect. 2nd skill, ok too, but maybe you should change the description. Change 'small' to 'weak', 'big' to 'strong', or whatever you want. And, I suggest you make the 'Death Coil' ability to auto-cast, to heroes, 'cause player will having hard time to click the 'Death Coil' ability then click enemies. 3rd skill, have suggestion for it :
#Cripple -> Undead Bolt
Shoots a bolt, when it hits hero, deals damage, reduce movement speed, blablabla and teleports the undead minions (the raised skeletons) to the target hero.
The 4th skill, too overpowered. Maybe you should decrease hitpoints/damage/etc, or maybe you should make the skill to 'channeling', and need sacrifice to summon it. Also, you can add some effects when it is successfully summoned(That's a suggestion). Oh and I found bug. The description on 'Death Pact' says '+25 damage boosts for each kills'. But it gives bonus damage suddenly after he uses 'Death Pact', and not gives bonus damage again when he kills creep.3/5
-Hylian, Banished Orc
*1st skill, same with 'Bloodlust'. Suggestion :
#Improved Speed -> Bloodlust
Increased AS and MS, and every time he attacks, gives bonus blablabla.
2nd skill, oh, uhm, well. Suggestion :
#Evasion -> Swift
% chance to evade attack, the chance based on his agility.
3rd skill. Suggestion :
#Shockwave -> Hysteria(Lol... only suggestion... :xxd:)/Wave of Fury/Fury Wave
Deals damage based on STR or damage, knockbacks enemies, or even slow MS or AS
4th skill, well, it's ok. Suggestion :
#Whirlwind -> Chaos Slash
Makes him invulnerable (also can't be controlled, and stopped), and strike (Blink Strike) random enemies each xx sec, damage based on xx, on xx AoE. 2/5

About the free-level-up-on-singleplayer thingies, now I discover how to make heroes level-up on single player. Fad I try -levelup, -lvlup, etc, then I discover it. And, I don't see there is a clue/notification about that.

Well it all depends on what the "custom" ability is based on. If you have a fully triggered spell and you based the spell on Carrion Swarm. In every situation you usually use carrion swarm aka AI uses it in melee maps, that's how they will use it in your map too. Althought if it's a support spell based on a damage spell, that's not good :D

Anyway, patch 3.3.0a seems to be a bit bugged. This will hopefully be fixed in the next patch. Sorry about this. I'll do my best to convert the map triggers into vJASS. This will optimize and increase the map performance. I'll have to learn vJASS first however and I don't know how much time this will take, if I even got time...

This map won't be updated for some time because The_Flood are learning and will rewrite the whole map into vjass i think its called. But when its done we will continue balance heroes and the map will be extremely smother than before :)

The terrain was not 100% done in the last patch so u will also see some improvements on that when the next patch will be released :)
