I think that because the spell was approved by another moderator, that rating should be respected which means the threshold for unapproval is higher. I didn't think it like that before. You can just say that is one of the reasons.
Anyway, I'm going through spell submission rules here: It's slow (my own one got 10 FPS more in a stress test which is significant considering how simple of a task these do), messy (code must be readable and clean), tick rate can't be configured per spell (it's locked at 0.0375), there's no importing instructions, there's no code in description, dummy isn't generated via LUA script which means you can't CnP the code from browser (strive to require as few changes as possible when importing) (downloading model from link), there's no API, aura template trigger leak.
My reason is that Bo doesn't let me participate in his movement if the spell isn't unapproved.
