Misha:mhm.. fix the slight jerkiness and clipping of the gryphon helm, on the grounded stand anim (and wrap the top of it a bit better) fix the knight's face/hair/something-geosets on the decay bone anim, try to make wings not clip with the knight's arms when flying
well, functions nice, but you should make his rider speak in the portrait animations, as well as zoom out the camera so both normal and flying portrait anims show the face well. you should put the 'weapon' attachment on the rider's lance this time, and you should remove 'unshaded' and unfogged' from the materials.. and lastly, death anims should feature a human yelp as well
XD make the weapon attachment follow the lance's bone, not the gryphon foot bone and also move it closer to the tip of the lance
otherwise, it's a cool and useful model, tho it still could use talkin' animations
