Good ideas of Events!

Hello i am making a new map, a short, cool, smooth, action-full and funny game is what i aim.

So i need ideas for EVENTS for a Survival Map based on the human campaigns in RoC, no high-tech super laser guns please xD

A Example i allready use: A Food Seller will spawn and help the Humans.
A Example i allready use: Beer bottles will spawn and make Humans VERY drunk if they drink it (Who can say no to beer?).

(Yeah yeah i know we speak alot already but I got some ideas)

1. Night. Makes the Abomination harder to see (partly Invisible, but not completely) for some minutes.

2. Infestion. There will spawn some kind of plague in the players villages, that will damage their units for some seconds.

3. Guards Attack. Spawns some Footmans that will hunt the Abomination.

Might post some more later :D

1) a band of ogres appears, attaking both humans and undead. also, a merchant spawns, selling Ogre Brew. humans can buy Ogre Brew and drop it on the ground to lure the ogres to the undead. (It will be like, each 15 seconds all ogres are ordered to attack-move to the nearest Ogre Brew on the ground)

2) a group of goblins appears. both humans and undead get an ability to build Gold Carriers. gold carriers move slowly, have much health and carry gold to the goblins. who brings the most gold to the goblins in, like, 5 or 10 minutes, gets some strong Goblin units asa reinforcement. also may include a group of bandits that would try to attack gold carriers

3) blind orc blademaster. whenever he hears sounds of battle (aka fight happening in 1000 radius) he casts Bladestorm and moves in that direction. he deals great damage and is invulnerable. point is to lure him into the crowd of enemies/lure him away from your base, so he doesnt cut all your soldiers into forcemeat =))

4) mad idea:
a group of female villagers, called "_____'s Fangirls" (insert hero name =)) ) appears and begins to follow the hero. also, a group of armed "Fangirl Adorers" appears, following the fangirls and attacking the undead on sight.however, whenever one of the fangirls dies, one adorer becomes very pissed, gets heavy dmg increase and sides with undead... =D

EDIT: of course fangirls will take 1 hit to kill... =D

Maybe that,

1) Some villagers turn into zombies

2) Animals come from the forest and attacks humans/undeads.

3) Buildings sometimes collapses if you don't have some unit that watches it.

4) Traitors, footmen (or some other unit) gets captured by the undead and gets tortured until they switch team. Also zombies could turn into what they were before they were zombies.

5) Some times trees fall in the forest, and if a unit is hit it will die or take damage.

Thats all I've got for now...

Edit:

6) If there are water, the water can raise and drown units that come in it.

7) Earthquakes, damages things (mostly buildings)

8) Tornados, and all other types of natural disasters.

  • Cold Wind: The temperature drops and you act slower and get your mana slowly dropping.
  • Treason: from 10% to 30% of your units go to the abomination team.
  • Corpse Explosion: A common unit from the human team will explode, and so every unit in contact with it, and then, every unit in contact with the ones in contact with it, until there is at least a small distance between them. (Comes with a warning, so the player will give the human a distance before loosing too much)
  • Charming Plague: A common human unit is infected with the plague and fights for the abomination team. Any unit that attacks an infected unit will be infected and change team as well.
  • Meteor Storm: Many flamestrikes will appear on the ground, and the units should avoid stepping it.

My Idea is...

HELL IS NEAR
an attack from infernals and demons has overrun a city and you and your allies must fight to destroy the demons and ifernals- and to survive.
the Demonic master ("insert name here") is keeping a window open to summon more and more demons through. destroy the master to complete the mission and stem the flow of the demons.

Ideas

Insanity - random units who have been alive too long become insane, and do one of several random actions:

1. Attack nearest unit
2. Switch teams constantly
3. Start fires
4. Injure self
5. Follow random hero unit

Drought - All buildings have an x% chance to catch fire slowing destroying them unless it is extinguished.

Abom-Fenom When ever an abomination gets a certain number of kills, it grows to twice its normal size, runs toward the nearest human units and attacks, and explodes upon death doing AOE damage.
