Well, excluding Animes, mine certainly are:

5. Code Lyoko
It's pretty much like Anime, and it has good story, characters, and nice drawing style. But a little bit too much making out.

4. Phineas and Ferb
Like, LoL! Insanely funny and great songs! And I LOVE Perry the Platypus.

3. Kid vs Kat
Too repeatitive, but awesome fights and often great humor!

2. World of Quest
Epic. Just plain EPIC. Only reason it's not #1 is because the best thing in the universe is...

Best 3D movie ever! Best thing ever!

I used to love Osmosis Jones as a kid. Used to love his ghetto accent.

Now days, I just stick to Family Guy and Robot Chicken.

Robot chicken is actually not a cartoon; it's stop-motion animation. Do people understand the medium distinction between this kinda stuff? In principle, Robot Chicken and any standard cartoon such as Family Guy are similar in the way an illusion of movement is created. Robot Chicken is comprised of miniature models manipulated in ways to suggest free-standing movement, while in Family Guy hundreds of drawings are used. Both mediums are very time consuming and have their similarities, but are two separate mediums.

Computer graphics, such as 9, are a whole different thing entirely.
 
They create family guy digitally on the computer as well. They just use the same 2-D graphic and drawing scheme as you would on paper.

I'd also like to point out that when you translate 'anime' from Japanese to English it's literally "cartoon".
