How can I put the cooldown on the icons of the capabilities?

Build your own UI is probably the only way to get a clock-like cooldown if that's what you want. As for dynamically changing the icon itself to show a number on it? Not really feasible.

Clock UI Cooldown

Pretty simple, import it to UI\Feedback\Cooldown\UI-Cooldown-Indicator.mdx and change your cooldown model. It basically shows a small clock in the icon, makes it much darker, and blacks out borders, then interpolates to show everything later again. Credits if used. Keywords: clock, hands...

In a similar way, you can change this model to display a cooldown. You don’t have to use the Ui natives otherwise it wouldn’t have been possible prior to the Ui natives, if you are in the latest patches, you can toggle a option now to display numbers.

The third and most tedious way is to import a whole bunch of icons with different numbers if you are feeling insane.
