I asked you once how you did the detailing. You told me you used special brushes. Assuming they aren't the ones that come with Photoshop, where did you get them?

And, needless to say, awesome work on your skins. ^^

The fur on the top of the footman's boots looks ugly to me, mainly because it looks like its trying to be realistic while the rest of the skin is trying to be cartoonish.

The zealot looks quite cool, but the footman is justa wsome =D
I love the typical medival style of it, great job. Though, as Yavoi suggested, you should change the fur above the boots

Well, I assume you are editing the specular maps to add extra reflection, so metal without much gloss on the main texture shouldn't be that much of a problem.
