There is clipping between his horns and his over-sized pauldrons. Also the decay - bone animation i just called 'decay'. I am not sure about this as I haven't tested if it works in game yet.
You're not going to use that same skull for an entire race of units are you? And for their buildings too? (Yes, I am aware this is the Ogre "Haosis" face. That was intentional.)
You should really edit the rest of the model to improve it.
Remove the funky shoulder protectors, then give him some more freakier arms. Skeleton arms works as well. ;D
Doom looking boots would've made it better as well. Also, misha. Judge models after you've downloaded them, the hive viewer is not reliable.
The head and gun looks nice, but if I would you, I would wrap some other textures on the shoulderpads. Or just change them, add something more demonic. Also, the people might want to know what you've changed during the updates, so write the changes in the description. 4/5 from me.
On Misha's request, I removed team colors on Hands, so when player is red color, he will make difference between his skin/hands since they are red too. So choosing red color wont make visual issues any more as parts around hands are black colored now always.
Also, I removed unused white glow which does not have any purpose, making model slightly smaller for few kbs.
I am not working on this any longer for some period of time as I already spent too much time and updated model few times. Enough of changes, unless we encounter serious bug which affects model functionality.
