Cast ability from any angle

I have a building that is going to cast spells, since it can can't move or turn around, it must be able to cast it from any angle. How do I do this?
 
I tried what you said, it works on units but not on the Overmind building that I'm using. I also tried creating this trigger
  • Drop Creep Bomb + Spawn Units
    • Events
      • Unit - Any Unit uses Overmind - Creep Bomb at Generic2 - Queue stage (Ignore shared abilities)
    • Local Variables
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Unit - Activate Ability cooldowns on ability Overmind - Overmind - Creep Bomb on unit (Triggering unit)
But it didn't work.

The overmind just queues the ability.

I tried it but it still doesn't work. It's the same problem. If it's impossible to fix, I might just create a unit with the model of the Overmind and make it unturnable.
 
I gave Overmind the ability, it still doesn't work, I'll just change the model of the Hive Mind Emulator to the Overmind's model.
 
I had the same issue with an obelisk trying to cast Psi storm and it wouldn't work so I changed the obelisk with a pylon and it works perfectly, even with the same settings on the skills and on the building. No idea why though.
