Moderator's Review:

I don't like how his teeth are just.. scribbled over instead of looking like they're bad, might wanna google and see how bad teeth look like
the overall body texture is a little confusing, i don't know if that's supposed to be muscle or what.. I don't like how the ribs and spines on his back are made.. i can't recognize what that is.. they really need definition and shading.. same with hands. and hair..? you might just as well alpha that out, skin looks like it would not even need it. not too sure about the ghoul's hands either, might wanna redo that part

and don't update with tiny tiny changes.. 'do the homework', texture is a much more important part

Looks good but I think you should give more details to this such as in the eyes, make it more of an alien like and looks stretched. But overall looks good tho.
