The average Australian stereotype is that thier sentance would be like: "g'day mate throw some shrimp on the barbie." i can point out 3 problems there: G'day: only a handfull of Ausies sau g'day, i don't klnow a single person who does. Mate: this, unlike the rest of the stereotype is partly true: quite a few people will say mate in a friendly conversation. Shrimp on the barbie: Australians DO NOT SAY SHRIMP, ITS PRAWN, barbie is short for barbacue and is long for BBQ.

Any other stereotypes i missed out tell me.

Hopefully tthis is a learning expieience for Americans

'A Kiwi guy was doing the Haka, and a couple of aliens saw him. They wondered what he'd do with less than an entire brain. So they shot their brain-removal beam, and watched. All he did was keep doing the Haka - the aliens were amazed. So they thought, 'What'll he do with half a brain?' - and they took that away too. The Kiwi just kept doing the Haka. So the aliens were outraged. They shot another quarter, he just kept doing it. So they took away his entire brain. Guess what he did. He started singing:
"Waltzing Mathilda..."'
Awesome stereotype. People stereotype, and you have to get over that, come on... I deal with people calling me nazis and Hitler.

Should have closed the thread after Donut's post. No post can top that in this thread.

I saw the most ignorant thing in math class two days ago.

"Aussies don't even have cows, they use kangaroos as their main supply for meat."

To which I replied:

"Outback Steakhouse?"

And hopefully tthis is a learning experience for you.

Not all Americans use aforementioned stereotypes.

Whoa, not so open-minded now, are you?

You're like one of those Canadians that think Americans think they live in igloos.
