Each contestant must create an AI.


Contest Rules And Conditions
  1. No submission may violate any of the site rules.
  2. If a submission does not follow the rules the creator will be disqualified.
  3. Your submission must be posted before the deadline.
  4. Your submission may not be started/made before the official launch of the contest.
  5. Judges and/or hosts may not participate.
  6. Your final submission must be bug free.
  7. Teamwork is not allowed.
  8. Imports may be used in the map, however they must all be credited.
  9. Your map file size should not exceed 3.5mb


Contest Prizes And Winnings
  • First Place: 30 reputation points and a special award icon
  • Second Place: 15 reputation points
  • Third Place: 5 reputation points


Contest Judging And Voting
Judging Criteria:
  • Judge
    • Scripting/Trigger - /20
    • Difficulty/Challenge- /25
    • Entertainment - /5

  • 50% of the winner shall be determined by the contest's appointed judge(s).
  • 50% of the winner shall be determined by the results of a public poll.

And how do you plan to make a AI Contest #2 if there's absolutely no difference with the 1st because it has no theme or anything in that direction?
An AI contest is not a bad idea, but there should be something to hold onto. Something to guide people towards something specific. For example, you could make them focus on an AI for enemies in a TD that attack the towers they meet while going towards the escape point. Or a good idea (at least that's what I think) would be to give players a map (not an uploaded one, just a terrain with a specific purpose and ofcourse everyone uses the same map that's being decided at the start of the contest) and you've got to make an AI for that.
Also: I could make complete GUI triggered AI's and there are no rules about whether or not that is allowed. If it's not allowed: Say so in the rules. If it is allowed: Still mention it in the rules.

The AI could be make by using AI editor, Gui, JASS or VJASS. That is why the thread have clearly written the judging would based on scripting/triggering as well.
