This is a Multi-Genre Game which is based on controlling a single hero to achieve the goal of the game. This project was started on July 2013 and still develop until now. The main gameplay of this game is to use all hero's various abilities properly to hit enemies accurately and enable you to kill them. This project has already released two genre of the game which is "Hero Arena" and "Aeon of Strife". But remember that more and more genre is still being develop to make this game more enjoyable.

This game offers a self strategy gameplay. The main goal of this game genre is to Capture structure and Defend structure from other players

Is that possible for a 12 player map?
- well i am reducing to 10 players.

So when you start making the modes and a major bug is found you can't update?
- No, i can still update because i am coding at a different map so when there will be errors the original Accuracy of Strike won't be affected.

Lol, this takes up too much thread creating of yours. You should just posted this as an update to your original AoS thread but I must salute you for adding more interesting modes into this which makes it totally different to other Hero Arenas because of the mixes of game genres.

Good luck in this and I know you could finish this up.

Well no one will read this if i post it on the AoS Thread.

Ok update.

I am working now on the AI. My focus is on how to make AI to move to certain lanes when they are needed.

After the AI is created and it will work fine then i will release the map with the new DOTA Mode

Neo the terrain looks decent though those trees doesnt really fit at the Sunken Ruins theme of the area and the tree is just like cartoonish that doesnt blend well at the environment. And also remember, give more scaling sizes to the trees to make them realistic. Trees are not usually that small that even small buildings can scale with them. Put some more of a decoration at the water area and lava area. Also you could put bosses at the water area and at lava area that serves as an extra boss of some sort.

Definetly a great update neo. The gameplay looks very AOS-like but If I might complain, I will do on terrain. Firstly, the buildings and some decors you used are quite HQ-ish and Im not contented with the tiles you used for it looks ugly that with a warcraft-ish tileset combined to HQ-ish looks plain ugly to me. I suggest do change the tiles also to some HQ-ish ones!

But overall, good updates there and I look forward!

Ok i really admit the terrain is not good.

About the Tileset

Damn i can't do anything more about the tileset because
- JNGP has a 16 limit of tileset and i already used 15 tiles. And remember more game modes to come aside from this.
- I can't find a tree that will fit to the Sunken Ruins tree.

If you find a non-HQ sunken tree model pls link it to me i would be very glad.

Overall i just need 1 more week to finish everything including

- game addons like SUPER CREEPS and SUPER TOWERS.
- adding runes
- Improving the terrain
- Adding Neutral Hostiles

Ok IDEA UPDATE!


So heres the BOSS FIGHT DIALOUGE

After you select PvP Mode: FFA > Boss Fight

The dialouge will show the difficulty

Easy
Normal
Hard
Extreme


Then after you select the difficulty you will choose a Boss Level.

Each boss level has a unique boss that you will fight. Even though you select Normal Difficulty the Level 10 Boss is harder than Level 3 Boss.

Each time you finish a boss you will be given a reward item that will aid you in fighting the next boss.

Remember that each Difficulty will affect the boss abilities and stats.

Ok here is my idea for the Boss Riderless Wyvern ..

Passive Ability
Name: Wyvern's Wrath
Description : If the Wyvern is affected by a spell, it will be deflected and the one who targeted the Wyvern with that spell will be affected instead. This will only work every X seconds.

Spammable Ability
Name: Wyvern Swarm
Description : The Wyvern releases a small sack of deadly parasitic wyverns to a target. Once it reaches the target, it deals X damage and X number of wyverns spawn to attack your target for a limit of Y attacks. Small wyverns deal 10-15 damage each.

Normal Abilities
(1)Name : Corrosive Breath
Description : The Wyvern prepares a deadly attack with a ferocious venom that burns the armor of his target. This venom deals X damage and causes the target's armor to be reduced, miss on attacks and be slowed for 3 seconds.

(2)Name : Silhouette Curse
Description : Curses a unit disabling its ability to cast spells. After X seconds and the silence wears off, the target takes X% of the damage it took once it was silenced.

I have some whole new great suggestion, neo for your Boss Mode of AoS. How about instead of making again some new arenas for this mode, I suggest you to use those Arenas for each unique Bosses like in Caste Arena, you will battle there a Great Knight Boss and at Lava Arena, you battle a Fire Elemental or a Demon Boss. That serves as an Example.

so i wanna post something..

Done on rebalancing the damage of all abilities.

So i am remaking the whole new terrain of aos mode. Now the lane will be left and right and the lane will be in a circle shape.

The two main base is seperated in the lane. There will be teleporters that will teleport you to the main building and the left and right lane.

The terrain really did improved alot and it looks good though its flat and if there are some raises I suggest put some screenshot showing it. Also, if you still have enough spaces for terrain, it still could use some more at neutral areas for they are really plain simple. Well, if you dont have enough space I suggest put the Hydra into a Shallow Water place with the Sunken Ruin Tile. Also the trees could use some more scaling size for realistic-ness purposes. That is all and I can say it is really looking good.

the VERSION 2.1 AI will be delayed by 1 week more.. why?..

All items have their own abilities and i added 4 new items..
Because of this i need to prevent them to be acquired more than once...
I also got a problem on this with the AI..

I need to fix different problems so it will be delayed but i am still working on the map.

ok i need to add some info i learned..


while playing 5 vs 5 my computer is lag and someone also is complaining about the lag.. so i recheck the triggers and found no leak.. i tried playing 5 vs 5 on the other computers and i got a 45 - 60 fps which is awesome!

So then what?... it means if your computer lags very bad while playing AoS its not because of leaks but on your computer..

So i advice playing.. 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4

I am thinking of not continuing the Boss Fight Mode...
Because

No, there is..

What is that?..

A Capture type mode where players need to capture places to gain points and the player who has the most points win..
