It works fine for normal unit

Since Heroes have their own INT, it cannot be directly set its maximum mana to a certain value, it will not obey because INT takes into account by giving the Hero a bonus mana (unless you edit the Gameplay Constant by giving the Hero 0 Mana per INT)

I see the mana initial mana maximum and mana regeneration set. That is all what you did. I did that also and the program is insane, it would not give default mana.

That isa a glitch I suppose.

Maybe it your trigger has something to do with your initial unit or something ?
If your map is light (not start in any project or whatever yet), would you mind to post it here ?
