hey this looks pretty sweet man, if you need any help and i got time feel free to ask :)

also would be cool if u could make it 2 player co op as an option. I know you would need to make a few things MPI like your -stats system etc but shouldn't be too bad with just 2 players ;) would be worth it!
Plus its easier to make things MPI more so than MUI anyway :p

Give it some thought xD

Well 50% of all things created are already MUI, so multiplayer map should not be big deal, still I will need to add save/load system, and reduce file size...

Will see how will this pass as single player first, if people really accept map I will make multiplayer version for them as well.

Another cool thing, ALL HERO CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE in incoming demo :)

All spells work perfect (15/20 so far), all systems works perfect... I created terrain around starting area :)

To do list, before demo:
- Finish terrain (for demo version around 20% of whole map).
- Create next item classes: Bows, Staffs, Double Daggers, Clothes, Leather Armors, Hats, Circlets, Rings, Books, Orbs. (All together around 100 items)
- Quests and story!

Seems like it's gonna be the best single player RPG the WC3 has ever seen. Looks very, very promising.

2 suggestions for now:
-Teleport effect when entering a building is really unnecessary.
-Man, no offense but you should really make those item descriptions serious. The whole map and project IS serious. I personally expect that item descriptions to be fixed. Hope you'll fix that :/

I'm looking forward to play next demo!

- Epic news, I improved item class/drop systems, everything work error - less for now.
- New items wait to be created (some like orbs and robes are finished already)
- Abilities are now improved (epic special effects)
- New systems (you can now search for stacks, crates and such objects, some can contain items)
- New abilities
- Preview video

More to come, soon...

As you see web pages aren't completed, I already worked 2 hours on them today and will continue tomorrow, idea is to replace HP Archive sub forum with web pages :)
We will still have forum for discussion and such things, we will use this more for project promotion, gallery and project info.

Expect final version in few days.

Guys I found some time to work on improving hero pick system.
Here you go small preview.

As you can see it's far from finish :)
Suggestions are always welcome.

Oh point is to make old one look better and to make it more simple.

I will need around 3 hours to complete this one, it's more optimized than old one, lag and leaks are reduced to minimum.

Also expect large number of special effect included as well :)
 
A few suggestions:
Don't place a Projectile Speed thing.
Also, change the Attack Speed into something like: Fast, Very Fast, Really Freaking Slow, something like that. :)
I also suggest decreasing the Introduction box size, and increasing the size of the Spells. Also add a small description to the spell. Like:
[ICON] Command Aura
- Increases attack damage in an area.
Also, you need to get some sort of doodad that shines some light on the unit itself. Right now, it's too dark to really appreciate the model.
Also raise the Difficulty text higher, and align all of the difficulties on the left. Then, give a small space under each difficulty and add a short description that tells what the difficulty actually does.
Also, typo:
It should be Advanced Statistics.

By the way, I'm loving the progress so far. :D

I started to terrain guys, forest (1st area) is finished as well as camp.
I won't post pictures until I finish everything.
I just want to let you know that everything goes well for now.
Quests look cool, gameplay as well.
I will now improve hero stat systems and do last changes to systems in general so I can start working on terrain and story.

Guys I finally found guy who will help me work on map.
For now I would like to keep his name anonymous.

He will slowly convert GUI into vJass so we can optimize map even more.
New terrain will eat performance to say it that way :D

As soon as we made some big progress I will inform you as always.

Oh cool, a vJass dude! this means, we will get more awesome custom spells!
 
Well after small discussion we decided to work with pure jass :)
Spells won't make map unique, we will try to do that with systems, we already re created damage systems.

There will be more things to care about (Critical chance, multiply level, evasion, reflection, resistance, critical against unique units etc etc). Items will go from bonus 1 or 2 abilities (common ones like "iron sword" that increase attack power by 1) to bonus 10 or even 15 like legendary ones that will increase god only know what :D

Now we work on damage drop systems and such things, expect new unique things to see.

Once when dude finish with it I will continue with terrain and hope to upload new demo within few weeks.

- Player must write -stats to see his stats :)
