Created first main story quest, yay :)
I will only tell you it's name "Beast of the Shadows".
Also I finished some terrain polishing (Misty Cave dungeon is now completed).
Added abilities to food items.
Removed testing triggers.

White color is alpha channel = real minimap :p

Another cool thing is teleport system.
It works error-less :)

Oh, I fixed food items so now hero can eat them with bag if he want ^^.

Added Talk ability to allow hero to communicate with friendly units (Working on enemy units as well, expect things like, DIE WILD BEAST :] )

I found some time so I worked on different damage and it stats.
For now rare items look like this http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/1848455-post4.html

I will try to add Attack of Poison (Damage over time) and Attack of Light (Increase hero stats for each successful attack).

Will see about second attack will it increase damage, armor, attack/movement speed, attributes or any other default or custom stats.

Solved some bugs, thanks guys :)
[General] - "You can talk with plants... i found an Plant elf, something like that, and you can use your chat ability with it."
[General] - "Crystal of light provides food.."
[Systems] - "Sometimes texts on stats, doesn't shows up..."
[Quests] - "Wolves killed by guards count as killed by you."

nice :) from what i can see the map is going to be HUGE in every way and if u need help with the translation maybe i could help?
EDIT:OMG this map is awesome! O.O I couldn't find any flaws,only one question:when u use scroll of own portal and go to camp how do you get out of the house??? :p
 
Just to inform you guys that I finally find some time to work on project!
I want to inform you as well that I decided to re create whole terrain!
(That means: No interiors and dungeons, but unlocked camera and few other cool things)

Expect new screenshots, new monsters and new all around things soon.

Guys I have problems with ability system, I just can balance spells to work cool on each hero class :sad:

So I needed some time to decide what to do, here is my choice!
All heroes will have 4 minor abilities (10 level each one) and 1 super cool high level ability!

I find way to replace hero attributes (will add them into stats system).

Also I find way to replace ability system (This one will be replaced with PET SYSTEM)

Pet System:
- Each hero will be able to choose 1 pet (wolf, bear, hawk...)
- Each pet will be hero unit with stats and full kind of shit's (only without inventory)

Just a suggestion, but what about like... making not "pets", but "companions"? So those could be people and stuff liek that too, not only animals...
And wait what's exactly so problematic with abilities? wait, you can just, you know, balance them approximatelly and then ask for community's feedback on how to balance abilities... I mean seriously, this one was one of most promising systems this map has... it's not exactly neceseary to balance singleplayer RPGs so much, so I think you should just consider leaving the current system...
 
Cool idea tleno, I still didn't started working on pets, but I want to create large number of combinations and balance them well, so you can play with 1 tank and 1 spell caster if you want at same time :)

  • Hero system is now completed and work error-less.
  • Hero stats/attributes are fixed and everything look great.
  • All classes will have 4 types of abilities:
    -Combat Powers (up to 15 different spells, for new demo version this number will be around 2 or 3 for each ability/skill class), Conjuration Powers, Destruction Powers and Spiritual Powers
  • New teleport system is only idea but very cool one and trust me really easy to make.
  • Started working on ideas for more items (bows/staffs/daggers/clothes/hats and so on)
 
I just tested abilities, look cool and easy to use :)
Will finish new teleport system in hour and then finally start working on new and I hope much better terrain!

Hero Pick System

It show model, options to change settings, 2 starting abilities, attributes, ms, as and hero description.
2 arrow icons are made by me, if someone want them contact me.

Here you guys I finally finished HSS as well.
Hero Stats System

Everything work fine, work great with other systems.
I still need to add few things, that's why I created some empty space, but I can't tell you everything jet :)
Aslo I still need to work on other hero classes, so some things can be edited a little :)
