If you'd seen the gameplay vid and reach the lever thingy, I'll make almost all the puzzles have that every start have a cinematic telling them the mechanics of the puzzle some of your puzzles relies on visual hint(just looking for the obvious thing that you'll need to do/use) that is why it is really confusing at times. XD. I'll guide the players while they're actually playing the game through Van Eastmore's dialogues. It will be just a lot of if/then/else to check if the player is having a hard time doing the puzzle or a part of it.
Also I already decided that puzzles is a must do, it is part of the major challenges of the story. Van Eastmore will be dealing with Necromancers and necromancers are magicians and magicians are clever. I'm willing to take time on every puzzle as long as I can pull off some decent quality
And in-case they still cannot finish a puzzle and will have to pm me then I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

I'm currently working on a simple puzzle where you have to unblock the gates. This is the trick that I'm going
Before Unlocking gate A you have to hit lever A but lever A is block by gate B and so you have to search for gate B this even will take place in a maze like path so looking for it will be a little tricky but not hard enough because there are only occasional dead ends but this dead ends have chest as rewards so no time wasted.
