Legendary Terrains

I don't know why it's always my dark-ish terrains that attract you =P. Anywho, the fall seems to be the most... realistic in some sense.

I just finds the colors look better. The others just aren't all that legendary. I'll let famous add that one.

And the fog used on the fall hides the lack of background...

I wondered that too. Especially some of MadseN's... The hand, imo, shouldn't be there. Its nice enough but its still not so great. It just doesn't have that 'feel' I guess.

Yeh. I don't think the hand should be there.

And if you're going to keep the hand one, at least put the springy one with loads of vines on it, or the winter one with icicles.

Ok the titel of this thread is about "legendary terrains" i think some pics posted are surely not legendary (i also miss some of madsen). but which realy are not legendary .. are the last pic and the pic above your 4 season summer ( that with the bolt and some clouds)

I agree that some shouldn't be, but I'm lazy, and don't want this to be which ones I think are legendary, we agreed on these.

Edit2: Okay added MadseNs winter one as it's not only legendary, but one of the best terrains ever imo. Also here are some nominations that I liked. Some aren't that legendary, but I like them enough to see them here. Yes, some are mine, and I know they aren't really legendary (except the mountains one, I really like it, besides the lack of tree variation), but I thought I'd toss them up and see what you guys thought.

well like.. the trees looks like they have been puted there... like.. there's no vegetation around.. or rocks.. etc.. they just looks like they have been CnP to the image.. if you know what i meen... and the light comes from the front... when the sun is in the back.. so i think this terrain is awsome .. but not epic..

Gilles, if you fixed the waterfalls in your mountain terrain (They look incredibly crappy. Incredibly) It would definitely be a lot better.
