I mean you can remove the alpha in Photoshop, or alternate or easy way, convert the blp/tga into bmp or some image files there that doesn't support alpha shit. Then reconvert them into blp so the alpha is gone

Okay, serious, use https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/warcraft-iii-viewer-62878/ and read tutorials bout it. I think it's in the program itself. And use this too: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/warcraft-iii-image-extractor-62877/ if you want.

Once I save it to jpg with Magos' then convert it back to blp with Viewer, it loses the #AlphaShit.
