Currently this toolpack includes JNGP which does not function anymore with the current Warcraft version. It is also unclear whether the authors of the tools have given permission to be included. Please address both of these issues to get your pack...
I'll go straight to the point, I demand the proof of ShadowDaemon Written Permission for this Pack distribution, as he has forewarned everyone who wishes to distribute his tools.

This can be made without ShadowDaemon's permission if he doesn't even know that this pack exist in the first place.

that's why I demand that permission (at least this can be found at where you find this toolset in the first place, unless you made them yourself)

I don't care who had made MDX, MPQ, BLP,... and I don't care who they are and they have allowed me to upload this tool or not. I just care ONLY about dhg's permission - because he made this tool. I just have a mission is uploading this tool. and,... I don't care dhg had been allowed to make this tool by them or not

first, I must apologize to ShadowDaemon. because I released X design pack. when without the permission of copyright (BLP Lab and Button Manager). while i give credit to other authors. and I would allow anyone to upload XDP. provided that, (not edit or change anything)

it's better if you can try contact ShadowDaemon to give you permission.
also, since you're here, why you don't distribute it yourself?

Shadow Daemon said:
The author changed icon and DLL dependency of the BLP Laboratory. The other program (Button Manager) is packed into SFX. I don't see any help files included. I'm not sure, if EXE file changes may cause any issues, but I don't like the idea of remaking the whole program distributive in this case. The author could put all programs in separate folders to preserve original contents.
I think the same goes for other programs in the pack as well. Also, if you want to keep stylish icons, you could have assigned them to shortcuts.

That sums up my point.
