World Editor Quirk

Dudes... I was just modding (for once, right?), and I accidentally pressed Ctrl+Shift+V while selecting a unit based off the Dryad...

And all of a sudden it yelled out her Warcry.wav! Like, seriously. Same thing happened for any unit I had selected; a voice file played for that unit based on it's soundset.

I have been modding for over a decade now & just noticed this? Please tell me I'm not the only one.

nicely done Blizzard, not covering your own editor's hotkeys. BTW try that with dozen selected units, but be aware of possible ears malfunction

You actually made me open world editor this year to test this out. That is what I like about warcraft, you can always learn something new.

Is it only when you have the "gem" ticked? (the gem at the bottom right corner of the editor)

Either way, that is cool to know and fun to play with.

It works without the gem activated too. Nice find, pretty cool!
