More time is definitely needed, you barely have time to do the optional bosses before a wave most of the time. I've actually lost a few times forgetting the dragon wave was coming and they nuke my castle.
Also a serious problem with sniper, the omega boss instantly casts his spell to teleport to him and kills him in 1 hit no matter what, you might want to make sniper invulnerable for a few seconds or something when he goes into that boss arena so he doesn't instantly die outright. Same thing with the fire elemental summon in the other arena.
Also could you make all units in boss areas teleport out excepting enemies? It would make it so that the bear and other hero summons would stop getting stuck there after the fight is over.
