Well I'm in Australia. No release date has been confirmed so none of us have been bothered yet. I was really disgusted on some of the more Super Smash Bros Brawl specific forums when some of you Americans got all whiny about it being pushed back to March 10th and said its "unfair" and "how can we survive untill then".

I'll tell you whats unfair: Australian release dates are held back because in gaming sales Australia was placed within the Europe region. This happened in the early 90s but gaming in Australia has since risen but we still have to wait an extra six months then America until France and Germany can receive them to get almost exactly the same version as America. I'm not saying anything against those countries but I don't think it effects European sales or make other countries feel left out.

They could always add that crap in incremental downloads or something

The latest game delay has nothing to do with added content, there was a bug found in the English version. Also Pikmin is a good game and Olimar is an interesting character. Why wouldn't you use the Pikmin stage?

I was refering to the gannondorf used in the SSB:M, which was his human form, but with unique moves and not just a different version of captian falcon.

Gannondorf is in most games his pigish formn with a stronger piggish demon form, only in a few (the one N64 one) did he appear as a humana like figure with a cool demon transformation. Sadly they went back to his pig form if wikipedia is correct so if he is in it would me that.

Well..supposedly there was a leak confirming Lucario, Ness, and Jiggly...but who knows if it's 100% true or not.

That leak is 100% true. What happens is certain power ups called "stickers" can only be used by certain characters in the brand new adventure mode: Sub Space Emissary, in a new tutorial video made by Nintendo themselves and officially released they included a few shots of which accidentally included details of the two of the stickers and who could use them. A Groudon sticker included: Pikachu, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario and Jiggly and a Claus sticker (Earthbound Series) included Ness and Lucas.

Before before you start wondering if Mewtwo is out there a numerous possibilities that maybe he needs to be unlocked or wasn't unlock on the beta version being played, maybe for some reason Mewtwo can't use the sticker or he's a bad guy in Sub Space Emissary.

But yes the leak confirms 100% true as it is made by Nintendo.

Ganondorf does not have a human form, he has a humanoid form but not human. His humanoid form is a Gerodo. Sorry for being picky but I already said this...

Is SSBB going to take 6 extra months for australia or was that generalising? None of the games I have any interest in take more than 1-2 months. But anyway, let's hope its a simultaneous release .

And I agree that Ness and Lucas is just pointless...my main problem with SSBM was that some characters were just tweaks of others, I'd thought SSBB would avoid this.

No more third-party characters, Mario characters, or Pokemon should be included IMO. There's already enough Pokemon and Mario peeps, and Snake just looks out of place, the style is too different.

Australia will not receive Brawl until July or after. If were lucky this may change to a month earlier but simultaneous release is out of the question. So don't expect to see this until July +.

Mario should have all the reps it has now + Luigi and Geno, Pokemon should have all the reps it has now + Mewtwo (including the leaked Jigglypuff and Lucario.

Once again with Ness have you heard of Luigification?

I preordered Super Smash Bros. Brawl a long time ago. So, I am lucky. But delaying is a good thing. Because Nintendo can add new ideas and characters.

The release date for Americas is okay. March 9, 2008. But 1 month is pretty long.

The Robot character is a R.O.B. or Robotic Operating Buddy that are part of the Subspace Army in Subspace Emissary, and were also a NES addon. I wonder what his moves will be.

Theres still hope yet for Midna. Geno to! (He was the 4th most wanted character in the japan poll) so hes in with a good chance. I forgot what Midna is though . Captain Olimar was 6th and he got in so the odds are in geno's favor
