Whole of lot stuff gone missing from Resources

Being solely a mapper, I'm pretty reliant on this website for its Models and Skins section. But recently, all of Frankster's and Shamanyouranus's models, skins and icons have disappeared, as well as a whole lot of other people's things.

Any particular reason their resources aren't available any more? I can't really accredit "All Models, Skins and Icons from Hiveworkshop.com" in my map if half of them aren't downloadable any more.

Some recent drama has caused users to delete their resources. Maybe you'll find their resources at WC3C and TheHelper.

You can find most a lot of their resources in some maps in the Spells section.

This spellpack contains Frankster's Drake models.

We have more than a few threads explaining why this has happened, the short version - a lot of people have left the site because of [reasons] and they wanted their resources to go with them because of [reasons]

Well, the whole drama thing, to me as an ordinary user who just has this website for its Map Editor help section and map publishing facility, all seems completely over-dramatised.

Well, most of the deleted models were good, really, especially Frankster's. But, luckily, i have already downloaded some of them.
Yes, this is really sad. Leaving should not mean that they have to remove their resources, too. But if they really have to done this, they must have serious reasons indeed.

Which in fact means you didn't care about the persons behind the resources, only the resources. Which in fact mean they shouldn't care about anyone who they hurt by removing their stuff also.

Just wanted to point this out, seeing as everyone is quick to jump at their throats for removing a piece of their own property.

Well, I don't care about all this drama, I can say that. Everyone seems to be making a whole lot of fuss about nothing really. Both the admins and the high-up users who seem to be involved. Ah well, will have to make do with what I can find from now on.

People have the right to delete their resources and they chose to do so.
