What would you do if you were the Webmaster for one day?

We're all take part in a vast community depending on hierarchy. My question is, what would you do, if you had the opportunity of occupying the top rank in this system for one day. What would YOU do, if you were in Ralle's shoes?

Note - please refrain from going too far on the "I'll ban the narutards" gig. It's just old.

I would add multiple chat channels, one equivalent of "something else" with no moderation at all.
I would make the first chat channel we have now have heavily enforced rules, and shit talk would happen in the other chat channel.
I would replace the Rep system with something similar to The Escapist's award system.
I would reorganise the forum locations some more. But that's mostly a matter of opinion.
I would add a prerequisite to vote in polls, a minimum of 10 days after account creation.
I would prepare for Sc2 immediatly.
I wouldn't allow bots anymore, only one who is actually run FOR the hive and serves that purpose only.

I would completely change the hierarchy system currently established, add more moderators to the map section (and any other sections if needed) and create rules against all kind of power abuse within the site.
Create a system that automatically demotes an inactive moderator and notices this to the WB so he can choose a new one.
EDIT: Change the icon system in the chat, using peons for users with less than 10 reputation points or 100 posts or whatever condition, while all the other users are Grunts. (Thanks Aeroblyctos, I forgot that one)

People aren't meant to be equal. Some have proven to be more mature than others. Some won't shut their anti-American mouth. Users don't get equality. Users get moderator positions and rep, because they have proven to deserve these things.

What would I do as webmaster? I'd require everyone to take an English proficiency test at registration. The test will be taken straight from an ESL class. I would make my image that of the Brewmaster, and I'd color everyone's names Fireball Fuschia.

I'd then make TheDivineBoss, nastyboy_44, Dr Super Good, and DesKaladA admins, and make all contests Naruto-themed. Medivh's Tower will be renamed "Teenagers Who Like to Argue" and Something Else "Retards Who Have Nothing Better to Do". Every year, I'll have Spring Cleaning, where I go through the member list and delete the half the fucking accounts at random. And I'll get to post Goatse whenever I fucking want to. "African" will be filtered to "Aferican" and "Flaming" will be filtered to "Flamming".

Post count is actually helpful. When I go to a site and ask a question, if someone with 30 posts answers me I'm a little more skeptical than if someone with 3000 posts. Usually the person with more posts knows a little more about the site and the general questions that come up.
