Can you admins and moderators add a website making tutorial section?
That would be great, so newbies can learn how to make some basic
HTML to advanced PHP or something. As I said, that would be great.

I know that people love everything coming out of hiveworkshop.com. But I would prefer mostly having gaming stuff. Else we need to consider changing designs and everything to be more web 2.0 ish

There are many other sites evolving only around php, html etc. which you should visit if you want to learn something about website creation, The Hive Workshop is not the place for that. This is a gaming site.
