Wc3 Item Creater with Registering

Hey all.

I don't know where I should post this into but I've
taken the version of the Wc3 Item Creater and
made 2 batchfiles for registering and unregistering.

Now all who have the missing files can just run one single file
instead getting nerved by windows.

To install run Register_Richx32.bat
To Uninstall run Unregister_Richx32.bat

Well the version is the same I've just made an installer for the ocx files.
