Nice Water Mill building and could be very useful. The ladder on the top adds some details on the building. Maybe the carpenter left that ladder on the roof, when he fell into the river

The same design (ladder on roof) was in watermill in HOMM 5. I liked how it looks, so I decided to use it here too)

I think the ladder going all the way up from the ground to the roof would be cooler.

Two things:
1) The ladder is on the roof in case you get stuck up there, and can't get down!
2) there are few models demonstrating a water wheel, so this is high yield and needed for people wishing to create more immersion in their projects - 5/5
