i worked it out i have to download d3d9.dll of the web.

I have no trouble downloading the program or extracting the files. However when I try running the program it brings up a white box. I don't think it's a DirectX problem I went and got that. What is wrong?

How can i make this work for Vista? when i run the Executable file to install it it always says: Unable to open "C:\Users\me\appdata\local\temp\data\Splatdata.txt" could it be my unzipper "winzip" which is the problem? or am i just too much of a noob? please help i want to make maps.

I have to set a warning. If you ever tick the Open With function in the Register Extensions option, you need
to
1. Open Regedit (STARTBTN + R and type regedit)
2. Travel to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AllFilesystemObjects\Shell\
3. delete the key after Shell
That should solve the problem where Magos' tries to open folders..

I find solution i downloaded .dll file and I put it in my windows/system folder then it works

Just a note, 1.07 has a bug or 2, that 1.05 doesnt so if something isnt happening right, you should download 1.05 at magos homepage

You only need to download the DLL and put it on the windows system 32 folder.

Download d3d9.dll

Put the dll on: C:\Windows\System32

edit: just copy&pasted some of the DirectX 9 Files of my old Windows XP and it works flawlessly as always

Just a question how come when i scannes the file with my antivirus it detects an "keylogger" in the "kernel mode memory patch" ???

It doesn't have a virus, maybe it could be false. Just ensure your computer isn't been infected that it also infects other files; it worked fine for me.
