War3 Art Tool Installing Problem.

The fact is, i just got my PC reformatted, and i lost my 3DS MAX. I just finished installing 3DS MAX 5, 3DS MAX 10 and Neodex.

When i installed War3ArtTool it gave me an error box which says:

Sorry the installer was unable to start up, you maybe out of hard drive.

Wish you can help coz my project are standing still :(
