Is NeoDex with other Importers enough to model on new 3ds Max versions or do I need Art Tools?

Cause wenn I install it in 3ds Max 2013 folder I get .dll errors that something could not be found when loading 3ds Max..
 
Or do what I do - make a mesh in 3dsmax, export via dex scripts, rig to wc3 animations in MDLvis and finalize in magos. Although, currently I actually export .3ds from max and then import into milkshape to make some adjustments, then use milkshape's mdlx exporter.

Does some1 have a idea how to make them in 3ds Max?
