Sorry for this basic question, i'm new to W3Mapping but not to programming.
I wanted to know if RtC maps are compatible with non-RtC maps.. I mean, do I have to include RtC distributable along with my maps?
Will it be possible to add a feature which prevents this and disables all the implemented natives? It would make the map playable both on battle.net and using RtC then.
There's a feature that allows dual war3map.j's in maps, it's not something we have documented yet, but using that feature it should be easily possible to have a map that works both on regular wc3 and RtC wc3.

"Works" is not the right word - having maps with two different .j files will cause an instant desync so the only purpose will be to defeat the players who don't have RtC injected on map initialization.
