is "Reinventing the Craft" compatible with 1.26a ?

Good day !
i tried RTC 0.1 on my windows 8.1 with Warcraft 3 : TFT 1.26a ...

but nothing can be launched ( Anti virus is disabled and compatibility is set to XP pack 2 for all RTC applications ).

but nothing runs ( except RTCLauncher )

PS : all my maps cant be played now, pleas help

RtC is a dead project, and doesn't work with recent Warcraft 3 versions.
SharpCraft is a more updated version created from scratch by the same guy that did most of the RtC work.
Sadly, also SharpCraft seemed to have died, but I believe it should work with the latest Warcraft 3 version.

I use my WC3 with GP_War3TFT (1.24b Inglés) and have never had problems.

Warcraft 3 runs smoothly in Windows XP and 7 (from my tests with my brother's laptop).
Either compatibility should do, I recommend 95 or XP usually, especially XP since it's the best choice for Warcraft 3 (hello, 2003 game).
