Let's just straight to the point, which patch that still active

I'm on patch 1.31, one patch before reforged, I recently scour through and find this:

it's said that the only patch that worth checking out was the public test yet when I went to the forum mentioning it, another forum stated that 1.27b was a better choice

so which one should I pick, also do I need to uninstall then reinstall it

Versions before Reforged dat are above 1.27 were made to slightly move on Reforged so dey don't have so much new contents dan 1.27
