Upgrade for building a unit

ok how can i make that my buildable unit would need an upgrade to be build??
Its like i can only make that units would need buildings or building upgrade.

As far as I could understand:

Change "Techtree - Requirements" for the unit to "<your building>" and then it can only be made when you've made that building.
If you want it with something else, such as an upgrade, click the exact same value, but inside that box go to "Upgrades" (in the list where you can choose between "Units/Upgrades/Equivalents").
