Tree Tranparency Question

I'm using a system that uses modified tree models with a transparency animation (not mine), and i'm trying to convert all of the ashenvale trees to trees with a transparent animation. I was able to do so with the first one, but the others I have trouble with. Attached is the model that has a working animation (AshenTree0) and two sample models with problems (AshenTree1 and AshenTree2). Can any one explain why the animations are weird for those two models, and tell me how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
