Did you change the units' sight at night and sight at day to the same values?
Check the gameplay constants in case there is some limit field for sight.
Make sure there is no sight modifying abilities on the unit. I know that there is at least 1 item ability that modifies sight.

No it is not really possible. That is what the line of sight system is for and that seems to be giving you problemsust make one of 1600 radius, is it possible?

Think I figured it out. There is a variable under Gameplay Constants called Decay Time (sec) - Hero Dissipation which is set to 3 seconds by default. It seems that whenever a hero is revived before that time limit, its vision bugs out and is reduced to some ridiculously low radius which can't be fixed afterwards.
Instead make your hero revive after a 5 second delay for example and it should work as normal. That dissipation time also triggers when the on-screen message pops up to let you know your hero has died, as it does in melee games. You'll see what I mean when you try it.

You didn't post your map in any of the threads as well, so try doing that and then maybe I can find you an answer.
heroes who respawned or reincarnated within 5 seconds after their death will stay with 500/500 death vision. every dead unit has 500/500 from gameplay constants. they do no update if the unit is alive and stays 500/500 instead of normal. it cannot be fixed - hero HAVE TO being dead 5+ seconds OR mapmaker have to use dummies instead, which would provide vision permanently, everywhere.
