Weirdest problem ever

I had the weirdest problem I've ever seen in my life with world editor, here it is:

The Day-Nighte Cycle has normally the UI with both when it's day there's a sun in the circle, there's a moon in night term.
The Problem is : at 6:00 when the day cycle begins and the sun will appear instead of the moon, (normally), the UI shines like it's changing to the day BUT;
The moon reappears, the yellow points (for the day) do not appear, the blue ones (for the night) appear instead.

Now, here's another one, if I opened the map and created a new one the new map will have the same problem.

Note: this problem does not affect all maps; only the specified map

Have you edited Advanced - Gameplay constants -> Time options?

Yes, and I did it before with another map, (it didn't change a thing)

Try changing it back to default then saving close editor then reopening? But how does this affect game play anyway?

I'll try to make what you said, and this doesn't change the game (vision changes normally) but UI is weird
