Just for referance debode, "Dont ask Dont Tell" was an american law preventing openly gay soldiers from serving in the military, so its fitting tht the footman would have it as a quote, along with "uncle lothar wants you" (another us army quote)

I'm actually not sure if those quotes are used. The third one is definitely unused along with a bunch of other unused quotes from the same mission. The last one is kind of mumbled so I have no idea how it goes. The first one... I'm unsure. The second one is definitely used though.
