Here are some tips:

  • Lower the volume of all sound channels. Then, when you want to play a custom sound, it will appear a lot louder than everything else. I'm saying this because the scene with that black ghoul was interesting. If that ghoul sound was much louder, it would make the audience jump. I think thats what you were trying to achieve. Also a better sound would be nice. The sound itself wasnt too scary. Download a custom sound of some creepy zombie screaminig. That would be a little more terrifying.
  • The horizon in this scene looks very odd. Pherhaps you need to raise the terrain in the distance to make the appearance of mountains. Make the horiizon look more natural. Also consider raising the camera, so you can see a little more of the sky (and the mountains when you add them). Too much of the ground is being showed. You could add some bats flying in the background too if you wanted.

  • You need a function to allow the player to exit the cinematic by pressing "Esc".
  • Try using colours for players. The use of different colours in warcraft 3 is typically of symbolising different ownership. Try giving the enemies a brown or black colour, and maybe the good guys a grey colour. You can also research "colour symbolism" to understand how different colours make people feel different ways. Blue is a sad colour, red is angry, etc.
  • There needs to be some kind of conclusion to the cinematic. Is there going to be another version, or part 2? That ending wasnt an ending. Its unfinished.

the cinematic feels its missing an ending or does it have an ending, looks like its a story about wizards making bad decisions and ends up summoning demons and crap, the camera angles needs improvement through screen play and camera station, although Radicool's commentary would suffice, this first cinematic of yours can be improved and all if your going to continue it in the Map Developement if your planning to, good luck then
