Rescale?rotate?I don't know how to do those stuff. In fact,I know nothing of models!except supremodels...

Mesh is good, but the texture is pure colored, which is never good unless you aim for an anime-ish style. I suggest picking different textures.
Also it is not properly rotated, rotate it by 90 degrees forward. Right now the handle will stick out of the upper part of the holder's hand. You can take a look at other attachments if you're not sure where to rotate to.
Overall not bad, but 3/5 till fixed.

mesh is good, texture ain't, spear's position and rotation should be half in the 'ground level' (in model editor), point where the spear would be gripped, should be at the very center and the 'business end' should face like any other unit
that would be all, i can suggest using ingame textures instead of reworking these. and also.. the name of the item feels a little inappropriate to me, lol

A lot better since my first review, I like how you changed the blade shape and added a grip. Rotation is proper, but still I think you should rotate it 90 degrees around the spear's own axis, so it will be striking with its sharp part, as of right now it would be striking with its dull one.
There are still solid color textures to replace, but still a huge improvement over the first one. Updated my rating to 4/5
