Aeroblyctos presents The Chosen Ones Single-player RPG
Important: the game is made with Warcraft III 1.29.2 version and if you play with never version there might be some bugs. However, here for example you can find proper version to play the campaign.
Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.
This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.
Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...
Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...
Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

Improved chapter 3's ending dialogues (outdated).
Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.
Background stories and so-called "Books" are completely added to all chapters in this version.
Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!
Mystic Storm and Frost Shard recoded.
From this version onwards, a number of items can only be bought once. Choose wisely and try not to lose those items. You cannot buy them again!
Small changes to abilities, but not much. I plan to once again balance them in the coming minor versions. For example, I was thinking to completely remove Bleed, Brittle and Stagger. What do you think?

Now every fourth ranked synthesis Item will require a Zozi to reduce player from getting too many powerful items at early chapters.
Now each STR gives 20 health instead of 25.
Now each INT gives 10 mana instead of 15.

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
Once again, more items.
New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".

Added Game Panel where you can for example eat food, move your boxes and cast espers.
And many, many other changes. Once again so many changes I simply cannot remember everything.

Six new Galeoth abilities: Chill of the Frost Master, Frozen Storm, Icy Barrage, Inner Light, Mesmerizing Ice Crystal and Piercing Shard.
Combat Kings are remade. All high tier combat kings aren't remade yet.
After every cinematic units you had selected before will be selected for you automatically.
Now quests will give experience like before.
Fixed chapter 5 ending.
Chapter 1 Boss, Chapter 1 Elite Boss, Chapter 3 Boss and Chapter 3 Elite Boss battles are now improved.

Now Main Quest 3 can be completed right after watching The Bridge Cinematic at chapter 5.

Illusory Double illusions now will take 500% damage compared to Fradz from 1000% damage.

Fixed Zwill Blade's synthesis, now it should be able to create.
Increased Phodom's base movement speed from 250 to 275.
Spell book spells are cooldown are now changed. Here are the cooldowns from first to fourth 90/180/300/once per chapter.
Dozens of smaller and bigger bug fixes.
Fixed a bug and now Black Market sells the correct item: Third Hand. Now you finally can actually get the Thief Set at chapter 2.
Fixed Anthenex Esper's attack type.
Fixed Bronze Shovel bug and the dig power at multiboard.
Now Lightning Orb's buff should not give any advance to enemies.
Fixed Omega Orb and now it should summon Elemental Golems every 15 to 90 seconds.
Items Zwill Blade and Aerial Shoes are now made stronger

Fixed Combat Kings where they were always rested to level 1 after loading.
Fixed a difficulty settings in chapter 2 as they were too weak for the stronger difficulties. Now enemies are stronger as they should be(ATK: 0%/0%/10%/20%/30% & HP: 0%/0%/15%/45%/75%).

Ok, this is most likely fixed(didn't know actually what was wrong).
I will look tomorrow Slid3r's text and tomorrow will be new version, 2.3b. I fixed Fradz's Sword Dance spell bug. It took few hours to find the bug but in the end it was just a minor thing that failed whole thing.

This I cannot do anything. I have modified the new save & load which means I must keep saved heroes for player 1. However, they don't do any harm to player which is a good thing.

How is it possible that Flash Strike is interrupted? Sword Dance bug is fixed in the newest version, however, this means that you have to play chapter 5 from the beginning to gain it for rest of the campaign. Can't do more about this.

It is not a bug. After he have separated 3 times, he starts to gain mana. However, he cannot separate anymore. I suggest you to use "-giveup" command and start the campaign from beginning. I think your heroes are not powerful enough, sorry. Here is some rep for your sadness.

Tower shield can be obtained by winning a car race with the hardest difficulty. However, the chance to have is 1/7. I added that it is possible to buy it from chapter 8 in next vresion.

By interrupting Flash Strike I mean if I cast a beneficial spell on Fradz while he is moving around his target. Don't know if a stun can interrupt him too.
And sure, just send me the texts.
And by the way, to prevent Galeoth's portrait from appearing in the upper left corner, how about this: the game starts with all 3 heroes belonging to player 1, but just before the first cinematic (or during) you change Galeoth's ownership to another player, giving him back to player 1 when the time is right. Tell me if this could work. There's no gameplay issue here, just that it would look better.
And how about making the path for the tower minigame look like this (picture)

The spell is made with triggers so it cannot be stopped(never tested actually). Please say the spells which can stop this spell. Oh yea, I found something interesting... In the new version, I tried and it seems Fradz's Flash Strike can't be interrupted anymore.
Oh, and player 1's race should be fixed. I noticed that in chapter 8 it's random (don't know about the other chapters).

If it's random in every chapter, it's ok. I was under the impression that in some chapters it was fixed and in others random. Sorry about that.

That might really work. The same thing happens in chapter 5 currently. I can test in chapter 5 because I just finished chapter 1, 2 and 3.
About the Tower Mini-Game, what are you trying to say? You think I should change the terrain somehow? Hmmm.. I think I won't do that because triggers would go like crazy then. X_X
Curious. Triggers or interface to ban cheats? Anyway, map sounds promising. I can always tell a great author when I see one. I will test the map when I find a chance.
I think it's not bug - Aeroblyctos told once that there was somekind of way to defeat it - don't remember anymore - haven't get yet to chapter 9 in this version.
probably yes or no because as i say, the boss is almost undefeatable when it spilt themself 2-3 times.
actually, when it come back to its place and so, recover it hp a lot, can reach to full again and again.
and i already try to keep this thing away from its place.
however it just didnt work because i think that's no way to block it completely on the way to get back.

And the second thing is that my viality is often 2 or 1 so my heroes will then die...

I don't justify every little problem. I just look at the story line, and that the map works. If you want ever little detail perfect, thats your problem. Don't look to me.

To start on a positive note: BRAVO! Wonderful game, I really enjoy it
Now to the bad part. Although, I'm sure that this has been mentioned somewhere in the 52 pages of responses you have gotten, I'll mention this again: Your grammar and spelling mistakes are excruciatingly annoying. So much in fact, that when I got to the 1st interlude (Mystery Conversation), I hit alt+f4, because I had had enough. I didn't even wait for the cinematic to be finished (it was the reason why I pressed alt+f4 in the first place).
My suggestion is that if you have Microsoft Word or similar type program, run your cinematics through there and get rid of those mistakes (and even those silly little onces such as "Phontom" which was somewhere in Great Marsh, afair.), it makes the story part that much more enjoyable to go through.
Edit: I noticed you didn't have too many problems with the grammar (which gets a bit to me, but your descicion), but there are still major spelling mistakes that needs taking care of.

but about the cinematic ESC u said that its hard work to do , why dont u spilt the work in every VER u release especially that u release alot of ver i mean u put ESc to cinmatic in chapter 1 in the next ver and etc ... because its very boring to whatch it over and over again(even if they are good and not boring like yours) every time we satart from the begain when we must in some ver u release or to fight the new poss u put

about phodom spell aura of fire i think , the enemy take the damge before the fire reach him and this is not right i think?
and another one i was playing ver 2.2 and i reach chapter 5 then i use ver 2.4 and star chapter 5 from the begining and fredz missd one of his spell i select before i dont remember its name but it incress the agilty and attack speed and movment then after i got alevel up it show up but didnt work and in the next chapter it work but i lost the points i put on it before
ahha and another thing in chapter 5 when i was in this magic heart quest (side quest) phodom stop have experience from killing enmys but fredz still , and after i finsh the quset and take the level up for the side quset he continue receiveing EXP as normal

I do have excellent tranlator who are translating texts from the campaign. Currently chapter 1, 2 and 3 are translated. Thanks to them.

I can't promise you anything. Many, many people want this, but it would took a month to make all cinematics skipable and it's so boring to do. I'm here to have fun, I don't wanna do boring things. X_X

I prefer you to play version 2.4 from chapter 5. Savings work in all chapters (almost) in previous versions. The new spell system was really bugful sometime ago. I'm sorry about this.

Aah.. you are talking about that bug. So rumours were true! The bug still exist in the campaign! I don't know what's wrong or how this happens. I will check it out but I don't know what you should do. Perhaps restart chapter 5 and see if it bugs again.
Well, next version will only have new spell book system(and perhaps chapter 4 & 5 translated to better english...). I'm not sure when I release that but will be in few weeks.
You get 34 honor points if you use the "-give up" command.
Also: Aero, when chapter 11 is ready, you must make it so at the end you are asked if you want to give up, so that after you've killed the final boss, you don't need to load and type "-give up". I thought I should tell you this idea in advance.
hey aero, if your still looking for events to use in the final boss fight i have 2. as a lightning one i came up with grid lock. a grid of electricity will appear on the ground, crossing any of the lines damages the hero. you can mess with this alot, like you can have the grid stay for the whole fight or just a part of it. you can have it appear and vanish intermitently, perhaps have it move. maybe only have the lines in one direction appear at a time. lots of ways you can mess with it. my second one i think goes well with shadow. apocalypse flash. all party members see a flash of the apocalypse thereby stunning then for a few seconds and effects there will by draining half of there mana. again you can mess with it alot but thats the general idea.
edit: if you can get this to be a hosted prodject maybe you shuld try putting in some voice acting? you could begin now even, like giving some vocalisation to spell names when there cast either by the heros or by bosses. i ofer my voice if you like but ive yet to try my mike and im short on cash now so if it doesnt work out then i may have to wait abit before i can buy a new one.

3. Gaeloth icon has not neck and it looks strange.

This will not be hosted project. Instead of that, I'm searching for a partner to create own website for the project.
Also, I don't think voice acting is a good thing. People don't know how to speak and usually we don't have good enough tools. I prefer music! Also, it would be too much work and my all time goest to making systems for the campaign. X_x
