Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.

This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.

Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

'Critical Chance' attribute added! It starts from 5% and it can be increased various ways.

Improved chapter 3's ending dialogues (outdated).
Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.
Background stories and so-called "Books" are completely added to all chapters in this version.
Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!
Mystic Storm and Frost Shard recoded.
From this version onwards, a number of items can only be bought once. Choose wisely and try not to lose those items. You cannot buy them again!
Small changes to abilities, but not much. I plan to once again balance them in the coming minor versions. For example, I was thinking to completely remove Bleed, Brittle and Stagger. What do you think?

Now every fourth ranked synthesis Item will require a Zozi to reduce player from getting too many powerful items at early chapters.
Now each STR gives 20 health instead of 25.
Now each INT gives 10 mana instead of 15.
Chapter 4 Wisps are now easier to catch
Black merchant can only be seen between 24:00 to 6:00 o'clock.

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.

New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".

I cant find the new Zozi of 5 chapter, any clue to follow? I cant buy it, because there are not enough lesser magic balls to this point of campaign. So where is the new one?

Btw, the new recipe of Greater magic ball says that need 5 lesser magic balls, but if you get the item, the cost is 6 lesser m. balls.

The new Greatest magic ball (A very expensive item and a lot of greater magic balls). doesnt have description, it just says stackable.

A last thing Aero, I finished the 1.9i in all lvls of difficulty, and I cant never use the command "-give up". What is supposed to happen? if I type "-give up", my game will stop immediately or I must to reset the campaign and choose load from give up? This last step I try to did a lot of times, but always fail. So I never can save my money and my honor points.

You know what this mean... Yea to finish the hardcore lvl without "give up" is like a nightmare (cause you have to program so good your item built), but I already did it. I find this new version 2c a few hard... the new omega monster of 3rd chapter is crazy, it becomes to explode like 5 or 6 times, with 1 explode Galeoth is dead, so you know, you have to use your intelligence to pass it (spoilers). Im now stuck looking for that new Zozi Christmas gift.

One last thing, in 1.9i I just could find 1 Easter egg at chapter 9 (the funny man with the beer), but I knew that that version had 2. Any clue to find the other one?

Don't let him have 10k mana or he will explode (blue wisps + mana regen). It doesn't matter what Omega Orb from 1 to 6 you get; with any of them you can create the set.

Yes actually that Easter Egg I forgot to remove. Well fine I let it stay. Soon I'm going to add more Easter Eggs. I just finished the most funny one, chapter 5 (sky walking!).

In Chapter 10 i found some bugs that is first, i always get 'too late' even though when i rush to destroy the barrel of explosive at the start of chapter 10.
Second, i always get fatal error when fighting chapter 10 ending boss which is Xvareon and it make me cannot end the game =.=
So please fix it asap so i can end the game thx :D
I'm using Warcraft version 1.26a and The Chosen Ones version 2.0c

Chapter 7 black merchant somehow dissapeared
I cant buy demon javelin

Chapter 8 Tazefda wisps is somehow bugged IMO
I clicked it so fast so many times but many times it considered failed

Yurgimar battle i got pushed outside of the box ( Is it a bug or not but i can't fight it from outside )

Welp chapter 9!

I am trying to kill the final stage of Yurgimar in hardcore, but it looks like impossible, because you dont have any mana (I said anything, 0!!!), Galeoth is useless in this stage, the heros doesnt have heal or magic damage, only basic damage (DPS)... And Ok I said, I will try to defeat that beast. But there is a problem, I cant see what it cast, Yurgimar just move one hand, then I try to go far away, but Fradz and Galeoth are insta killed and Phodom still up in last hit mode, no matter where far away you are, and I repeat, I cant see what it is casting; I was reloading this part of fight more than 10 times, and even no one show me what it cast. This is not the Yurgi from last versions that you burn its mana and then you can defeat it easily. Any tips? or better I have to say goodbye to Bone Amor, Manslayer and Super Ogozoma :(

The first part of fight was good and interesting, much better than previous versions, because there was more action, Yurgimar dont waste much time flying invulnerable. The second new Esper was good, hard to kill and a good challenge.

The new wyrm is very hard if you dont have Aero. Thats one of my problems in my chapter 9, I spent all my Zozi's previously and this last version is different to get the Zozi in the dig place, you dont gain more dig points after 500 of strength. With super holgro, Fradz health and then use Three Path I can get like 1000 or more of strength, but already it doesnt help to get more dig points. I suppose to get back to chapter 7 and pay a lot of money to get all shovels.

mmm if you didnt answer my question, maybe its because it will ruin the game experience, I suppose that insta kill without visible cast of Yurgimar its not a bug, and we need to research for a solution, so meanwhile when this situation happens, just prepare your an*s :/

BTW the combat kings bug still in chapter 10, all go to 1/5. The Cripple Triple Axe doesnt function well, first 5 hits decrease the armor until 25, but when you hit one more (6 and more hits), the armor of enemy comes to normal. The Stormprotector (guardian angel) doesnt give +6000 of health, just +3000. The Iibot quest, I kill the Madoz queen, but then the Popag disappear, its ok? I need to looking for it?

I can defeat yurgimar with no give up hardcore mode, but i admit it is really hard i need to save and load about 3 times to defeat him at the second stage. It is not necessarily for you to choose the 0 mana debuff. There are 3 out of 4 debuff that you must choose.
The upper left room have 0% evasion debuff
The upper right have 0 mana debuff.
The lower left have disabled health and mana regen.
The lower right make you can't use panels (esper, potion, spellbook)

So you choose the other three and it should be easier. For disabled mana regen you can still have health or mana from items. I give dark amulet, amulet of great magic, and qzoch set for each of them so they can replenish their mana.

Next stage when you have enter three chambers, one yurgimar will be summoned to each chamber. You must kill it all to win.
The hardest part is here. You must be really good at microing unit to win this. There are 4 yurgimars, when they are not attacked they will channeling spells that will damage you (like Hekhar's spell). You must interrupt them to cancel the spell or you will be as good as dead. It is easy if you can split your heroes to engage each one of them but they have bone regeneration which make it really hard to kill.

The strategy is to have 2 of your party whack one dragon until it dead while the other one try to interrupt all the other 3. This is really need a good micro skill because the attacked yurgimar can cast somekind of death red star spell? that instantly kill all around him.

The items that will be essential in this fight is amulet that can restore mana. Other items which will be useful is movement speed and lifesteal items. I use phodom to interrupt because he is the one which have lowest dps and he have maximum movement speed from zocmo and aero.

For wyrm you only need aerial armor, holgro, and three paths. Some steal chance also good like shard of shadow or shadow set.
Use fradz > blessing of lightning > holgro or super holgro > three paths > aerial armor and steal it.

Next to defeat it you can make one bait to devoured, I prefer Fradz. Make sure to give him one resurrection item or combat kings. After he devoured wait for him dead, then immediately use chaotic rift or frozen paradise (or both) to the wyrm. When fradz resurrected use teleport strike (basically hit the wyrm as hard as you can when it is still disabled).

Ty man, I always reloading after choose the upper right (like 10 times... this is a lot of time), so I never will find the answer of why I was out of mana.

I suppose that I was blind and just see the easier upper right. Can you believe that I just found the "give up" system 2 days ago? after almost 2 years playing this campaign, things so obvious and you are concentrate in your item built that you never consult the Game Panel... Omg. Finally I give up after do all of chapter 10, but no Xvareon, that beast I will leave for this new begin.

Good advices, I always did the wyrm with Aero, but this time I cant do it (lack of Zozi), so it was very hard.

This will be my first time that I dont need to be focus in gold, Fradz will can have a decent item built (no more gold items!!!). This time I will try different item set, not just stay what I read in the description. For example I read that The Crown of magic in http://tcocampaign.com/index.php?topic=103.0, has 8000 of mana, so I thought such a good item, but when I done it, just really has +800, so I thought to sell it, but I gave an opportunity to taste it and... Yeeaaa, what a power item, it deserves the legendary's label.

The new challenge of Aero of finish the campaign in less than 10 hours of game to get an item sounds crazy. By my side I think that I am so far away to get it. My normal time just in Terdoom Castle doing all mini games and things, is more than 4 hours. So it sound like a hard and interesting challenge, but I think that I would not enjoy to play leaving unfinished optional quests.

So strange words I'm not sure what you're talking here. However, if you're talking about the end; there's no end yet. Epilogue is still under construction which ends the story(100% created now, but have to test it few times more).

Zhyon... go to interlude of guardian angel of chapter 10, there is the explanation of that race, If I remember, she talks about her lost son and say that they are more powerful than humans. Go to interesting interlude of chapter 7 between Tharo and Fradz (when you will get Elexorien III). In there, Fradz realize why Tharo is so powerful (yea that mean Zeemnan is also a Zhyon and maybe you could find in forums their relation with Axobada).

That is the reason why Both (Tharo and Zeemnan) were the 5th rank Dragon Slayers that survived to the first big battle of Oelivert.

TY Angky for the walkthrough in the TCO page (http://tcocampaign.com/index.php?topic=1528.0), it will help me a lot next time. BTW I believe that the bonus damage associate to Dragon Buster doesnt work properly with the health that give you Maximilian (I made before and I didnt know what happen with the damage), sometimes even maximilian can cancel all the bonus damage of dragon buster (this situation happen with this combination of items on Phodom).

Dragon buster is so useful, but in this battle, take care, because the cleave attack can kill easy the copies of Yurgimar and same time you will kill yourself.

I found why my dig system works partially until the last version. There is a bug, you simply have to stay with the shovel in your inventory and the dig power will be on, that was the reason why I have a lot of dig power in spite of I always sold it (play always with no give up make you a greedy player XD). All bugs not always are against you!!!

Please dont do Azureus Set, it is a very expensive item that you finish in ch 7, and just help you in ch 7, because you can get better items in ch 8 if you save more money. I know that you can get it because you sell your spells book (I think that is the only way to do Zocmo and Azureus at same time with no give ups). Zocmo is acceptable just for the movement speed aura, BTW I rarely do it.

Finally I can defeat Yurgimar, so hard and take a lot of time, when there are 4 is so annoying try to stop the cast of 3 and same time avoid the red star of the other one.

That was one of my problems in my first meet, I didnt see never the red star (just the animation of the dragon moving one hand and all my heroes dying), the other problem was I chose the upper right first (0 mana).

TY another time, that walkthrough helps me a lot

- Chapter 1, 2, 3 and 6 Easter Eggs added to the game
- A lot of bug fixes you guys have provided last couple of weeks

NOTES:

- This is the second last major version
- I fixed bugs 12 hours row, then I just gave up so some bugs of chapter 8 and 9 are not fixed(for example Yurgimar battle was not changed at all)
- Soon I will play the campaign from Prologue to Epilogue while live streaming, join!

Use -opengl start parameter with wc3. Also hitting alt+tab while it's loading helps :)

Because the loading screen loads too long. I never had the patience to wait for the first chapter to start.

That's the curse of the campaign. If you can endure it by doing something else in the mean time it will be fine. You simply get used to it then.

Version 2.1 and 2.1a: Ch 3 Ghost Shop bugged, it dont sell next items: Zocmo's Gem, Soul Orb, Crystal Field and others that I dont remember.

Removing the hunger system from this campaign was a huge mistake, really. The biggest mistake ever. It was the hunger system which made this very campaign so unique, and different, recognizable amongst any other campaign done in hiveworkshop. It was this campaign which implemented it and executed it so amazingly, that it was that feature which made this campaign so awesome and challenging in a way. But those days are gone now, you have poor judgement, my friend creator, just like dreaming to be successful in taking a writer career, no offense. But I'm thinking for the greater good, and I just felt like that this needs to be said.

When you play with just Phodom, others' spells do disappear. Same happens with Fradz and Galeoth...

But never heard of this bug before. I haven't changed save/load code in chapter 8/9 so hard to believe this bug... And it worked before.
And some of my equipment disappeared after the cp10‘s epic boss fight,such as Galeoth’s set and greatest magic ball(seems called this). Maybe it's just happened this time,when I play other map made in my country I also found some bugs the creator can't explain,but restart the map,everything just be fine.
