That odd physics game...

I remember a really, really long time ago, like a few years back, someone made a thread about this physics based gadget game where you create random creations and stuff. It was windowed, and a large part of it iirc was water physics.

I'm being pretty vague but that's all I can remember, been trying to find that game for a while. If anyone here knows what I'm talking about that'd be great.
