Desperately Looking for Specific Elven Campaign

I just started playing WCIII again and I've been looking for this great elven campaign that I played a couple of years ago. I can't remember what it was called but it was centered around this "water elf" race. The main hero was the same model as Malfurion but he casted more water spells. I've looked all over for it but I must be using the wrong keywords. I know I downloaded it from this site a few years ago. Any help would be appreciated!
