Texture applying issue.

I understand this may not be the place to post this but,

I can't understand how to import custom textures in 3DS MAX5. I've read tutorials, but all seem to use 3DS MAX4 while I'm, as stated, using 3DS MAX5 - and that browsing button does not exist.

While I so needed to apply a texture to my model I tried using Magos' War3 Editor; but all I get is this error:
Unable to open "C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Ägaren\Mina Dokument\TFTmap\Program\War3ModelEditor\War3mpq"!

Make sure that Warcraft 3 is installed and that the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\InstallPath" exists!

I couldn't solve this problem so I'm now consulting the Warcraft 3 modeling gurus of this site.

Help is highly appreciated. ^^

Edit: I by accident typed GMAX instead of 3DS MAX.
